Case Study: The Cancellation of Nini's Deli

Nini's Deli was a popular sandwich and coffee spot in Chicago that was ranked the No. 33 restaurant in the USA according to Yelp's latest rankings. Within a span of about 72 hours however and due to some controversial positions taken by their ownership, the restaurant was completely shut down. On this episode, I'm joined by two good friends of mine(Adil Rahman and Nabeel Khan) to deconstruct what actually happened, what we agreed with and also analyze what Nini's possibly could have done to navigate this situation better.
