Hi I'm new in taekwondo, is it ok to hold opponents like hosseini in tournaments?
basically no, you'll take faul for grabbing (holding) in general rules...
but in some championships the chief judge change the rules especially in big competitions ,he tell the referees to not give faul for small thing to not miss the entertainment of the match for viewers !!

He doesn’t seem to counter. He waits before laughing a série of attacks. And when he does attack, he does it with lots of aggressivity
