Oh goodness. If the other driver already contacted their insurance company, your insurance was already affected. Just get the insurance fix for your vehicle. Don't let the car rust. It will rust if you don't fix it. Also, Marvin can also get pulled over bc he has damage on his car.
No it’s not..what if the other driver reported it as a hit and run..just because you reported the incident first doesn't necessarily mean the other party is at fault. Insurance companies will investigate and gather statements from both parties before making a decision. If it's found that you're at fault and lying, your own insurance company may not cover the repairs. Additionally, i don’t think you can get pulled over just because of a scratch

BUT the vehicle will need to be fixed. It's not a small scratch. There is a big dent and the rim on the wheel was already damaged (big crack) on that side (It's posted on the previous video). You have to think resale value and since this isn't their fault, just get it fixed. In the future, if they have to sell the car, they will have to fix this using their own funds or sell the car at a massive discount.
