When you fill the online application form in SH platform, there you will find the section devoted to motivation letter and the questions you have to answer to in your motivation letter.
If we choose 2 different universities, do we need to create 3 different motivation letters? 2 for each uni and the other one goes to tempus foundation or committee members in our country?
I do not know about committee members, but the name of the person who is responsible for your documents in your country can be found in the website of Stipendium Hungaricum
Yes, you can, of course, but you have to make a good argument in your motivation letter why you have so different majors and how it is connected with your future goals
Is there any competition regarding getting dormitory room in stipendium Hungaricum scholarship program in Budapest? Is this criteria different for other cities or not? ( Like Debreceen)
Hi, usually the length of motivation letter is written in the requirements of the scholarship/university but if not it should not be more than 1000. Usually it is between 700-1000.

If you learn how to write motivation letter, it will be more than enough to express what the scholarship committee wants to hear

You write two motivation letters for two universities and mention in each of them that you want to apply with the help of Stipendium Hungaricum

I do not think there is any competition to get a dormitory room, in most cases if you apply for a room on time, you will be able to get it.

Yes, you will not be charged the visa fee as a holder of SH
