Couple of options in Kinderdijk there is also a cheese farm and there is also a cheese farm (with shop) in nieuw Lekkerland called Booij kaas (best 🧀 in 2020).
Second tip take the same boat to Dordrecht with it's historic centre also very nice to see.

We were there in April when we did this video. And I do have to say it was a bit chilly for us then I would imagine November would be very cold. Just dress in layers.
We also did a travel guide to Amsterdam. I’m not sure if you saw that already, but it has a lot of good details about Amsterdam and the area.
