I have a question, In your transformation matrix from spherical to cartesian and vice versa, you have a [1] in the 3rd row and 3rd column. In all of the resources I've found the entry is [0] instead of [1]. Why does your matrix have a [1] in that entry unlike the others?

because x and y both are negative, and that can happen only in 3rd quadrant where the angle range is between 180 to 270 , here cot/tan theta values is always positive in this quadrant. therefore to make it theta between 180 and 270 we make it tan (180 + theta ).
