    PEANUT BRITTLE SAUCE
    1. Peanut brittles
    2. Lime
    3. Chili
    4. Garlic
    5. Fish sauce
    6. Msg
    7. Hot water
    PADEAK SAUCE
    1. Fermented fish sauce, cooked
    2. Tamarind water, cooked
    3. Shrimp paste
    4. Sugar
    5. Msg
    6. Chili
    7. Garlic
    Serve with grilled fish and tons of vegetables, such as lettuce, mint, dill, cilantro, green onions, cucumbers etc..

    I can eat this fish wraps everyday. Your recipe looks delicious. I never thought to use the candied peanuts. I will give it a try. Thanks for the video!

    How did you do the tamarind water?

      1 cup water + 1/2 cup tamarind concentrate, bring it to a simmer for 2-3 min. Remove from heat and let cool.
