I have one doubt i connect stepper motor to arudino nano and do speed control and precise movement and forward backward rotation but the doubt is when connection is 8,9,10,11 but in my program 8,10,9,11 why ??? When we change code also 8,9,10,11 there is one direction can u help me

First of all, you don't connect stepper motor directly to the microcontroller, use a motor driver like L283D, drv8825, etc..,
It works in the first case cause of the winding of the stepper motor, there are 4 coils (in even number can be greater) in the stepper motor which are connect in opposite direction, so you need to energize one coil then simultaneously deenergize the the previous coil.
