But I'd say he's a guy cause he's only (seen) impersonate males and uses the masculine "ore" when he revealed himself in the anime with Togami's voice. And he's Mitarai's roommate as well

Well, I think him referring to himself as a man in DR2, the face reveal in DR3, and his swimsuit in DRS basically confirmed it at this point lol Also, I've heard all his lines in Japanese as well and, honestly, I don't hear the gender neutral in them at all, he still sounds like a guy. Honestly, I think they should update the gender on his Wiki page to "Male (Publicly unknown)" (Just like his face, are you telling me his real face is the black shadow with a "?" you see in the Student ID? I don't think so) and refer to him as "He/Him" to acknowledge his character development in DR3. They should also write his personality correctly instead of still saying it is unclear because it hasn't been in a long time.

And about the 'gender neutral' thing. It's only in Hajime's imagination in the last trial where he used "boku" and had softer voice and yeah, I guess it has nothing to do with his gender ambiguity (if only little)
