I just completed my Masters Degree in April 2024 and want to submit EOI for Ontario Master Graduate Stream. I have applied for PGWP last week so I am on Implied status. Will I be able to get 10 points for valid study permit or work permit in EOI while being on Implied Status ?

This is such an Insane thing,
Simply don’t understand why IRCC didn’t mentioned this along with public policy launched in Aug 2022 that work experience gained on the basis of IWA won’t be counted towards IRCC. Why they are giving updates after 1 year.
IRCC has become like Bihar government- Gunda Raj.

In 2023 you have to have a 7 in each language category of the IELTS, don't get it twisted. I myself initially thought the minimum is 7 ALL TOGETHER, but that's a bunch of misinformation out there right now. It needs to be 7 for each category, it's so ridicolous because you could have a 9 in speaking, but if you happen to have a 6,5 in writing you are disqualified regardless if you are a scientist with 3 million dollars in your bank account.

Hi Kubeir, Since I received my ITA and submitted all my work references letter. But, now the employer has moved to new address recently. All the documents which I submitted for work references have old address details, even @ govt officials sites too employer old address is mentioned . Would it impact my application? Should I inform to official?

    Hello Kubeir,
My work Permit Expired on 28th Nov 2022 and I was eligible for Public Policy which stated 1.5 Year extension for Work Permits expiring between 1 Sep 2022 to 31 Dec 2022.
I waited for automatic extension but it didn’t arrive then I applied for This Work Permit extension as a regular Work Permit application on 19th Dec, 2022 also including restoration of Status. I got my Application Approved on 12th May, 2023. Will my work experience count for that implied period?

Hi team, would really appreciate if you could help me navigate my way here
    Here's my situation:
    - I did a 1 year course from September 2022 to April 2023 and applied for my PGWP on 31st May 2023 (the same day I got my transcripts and my study permit was still valid, until Jul 2023).
    - Its been more than 11 months I haven't heard back from IRCC.
    - While applying for the PGWP, I had an IT job offer (no LMIA). I was offered based on the 40-hour work rule for students, which IRCC had in 2023
    - After I took a closer look at my PGWP IMM5710E application form, I see that I entered my Employer's information and these were all required fields. I think I made a mistake while answering the questions to generate the application forms. I might have said yes to having a written job offer
    My question:
-While my application is still being processed, is there a way to rectify this information that I submitted?

Hi Kubeir, its been more than 95 days that I got NOI from OINP under tech draw, its showing decision is in progress since last 2 months. Is there anything to worry about?
IELTS score is expiring tomorrow and I gave exam to keep profile eligible but this time score is less. Will it affect my OINP profile/process?
    will appreciate your timely support❤

Hi, I did not inform IRCC about the rejection of my fake extension. And I received my PR last year smoothly. Let me know if you have any more doubts.

is it wise to apply for a study program in Canada at 31/32 years of age? or am I too old?
with present draws and cut offs, 469 seems difficult even with STEM category..

Please look at the news of what's the reality for jobs and cost of living and instead of putting lakhs into their education rather spend a fraction of that and get a private French tutor for a year instead. Use that route more advisable. At the same time ur $ ur time you make what's the best decision you feel looking at CRS Scores even after you complete a program. Also look at other countries that have direct job opportunities possiblity since you're in STEM.

As you should. If you don’t have good English you shouldn’t be here.
