All time favorite MasterChef Australia judges Gary, Matt and George... Because of them I watched most seasons of MasterChef Australia... They're so humble and sweet❤... Tysm chef and best wishes to canosh for their future endeavours
Absolutely loved it! I now understand why we really loved these Aussies because they resonate Indian values - humility, not teach but guide and respect ❤. This just made my Sunday Morning❤❤
I never saw food in another dimension till i started watching Masterchef australia..Now my kid 7yr old, criticizes and imitiates Mellisas elagance and comments on my food . Its most pleasant truly inspiring competition. You know those contestants made their mark even after the show .Thats like a career milestone rather than competition.
Garry, Matt and George are the best people and judges possible...Masterchef Australia is specifically the best masterchef show ever...so positive judges supporting contestants...every season is so so special...Billy, Reynold , Georgia, Sashi, Larissa, Emilia, Poh, Jess, and everyone else made show even amazing to watch❤
A few days back Me and my husband are just talking about how great it will be if we see Sanjyot on MasterChef Australia as a guest chef. See now this podcast came. I think and I hope we will see YFL as a MasterChef Australia guest one day!!!!
Got this in my recommendation just now. Watched for the first 20 minutes and absolutely amazed at how you just let the guests speak without interrupting them even once. Just that alone deservess applaud not even mentioning all the amazing conversation about the family values, humility and keeping the show real and not over dramatic. Loved it. ❤❤
Do more of these please. I can listen to this for hours. So much knowledge and just positive vibes to consume. Sanjyot did such a great job. QUALITY CONTENT! ❤
The whole time gary and matt were speaking I had a big smile on my face just listening to them speak kinda brings a whole wave of positivity in you. Also matt taking about tempura and other one coming from the Portuguese I had the exact same reaction as Gary 😂😂 I just love them
I had always liked eating, but Masterchef Australia changed how I understand food and cooking. I started cooking for myself and got better at cooking for friends and family. I found my passion in cooking. My mom always used to cook something special for me and my brother on our birthday. Now we've taken up to that on her birthday for the last 2-3 years. Thanks to the show, and thanks, Sanjyot, for this amazing podcast.
So true, the usp of masterchef Australia was that they showed how cooking was an activity involving love and appreciation. There was so much positivity, learning and the right amount of tension taht I fell in love with all the judges and contestants from every season.
George , Matt and Gary set tte highest standard of judging and conducting the Masterchef Australia show. The way they respect the contestants and encourage them was a treat to the viewers. They captured the true essence of the concept of the show. Biggest fan and so grateful to warch their shows. Thank you Matt, Gary and George for entertaining and inspiring all of us !❤❤
I am so happy Gary mentioned "Packed to the rafters" My tryst with Australian media started when i watched "Round The Twist" and "The Sleepover club" on Pogo. then "Packed to the rafters" was one of the first shows i watched on Star World these shows hold so much nostalgia for me, that it was a run back to my childhood with these shows
I have recently caught on the chef sanjot kheer express and was so delighted to see MCA judges aboard. Thanks to the entire YFL team. You are doing such a fabulous job.
The best part of your episode is about you describing the intricacies i.e. getting into the details. And also touching on the problems that one may face while doing the dish. Which actually is a testimony of the fact that enough research has gone into it. And makes it easier for rookies to replicate. In short, a recipe is shown keeping amateurs in mind and not from the Chef's perspective.
So so so honest, humble, hearty.. amazing simplicity by all three..immense love to gary, matt, sanjyot for such a warm lovely sharing of experience.. heartfelt thanks for such a good conversation...❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for doing this. If i remember correctly i never missed an episode of Master Chef Australia Matt Gary and George. I Used to run for an hour on treadmill to watch MC australia and was part of my routine. I think both of them were very humble to not acknowledge, they were the reason why we watched the show. Matt always used to dress absolutely amazing
Its great to see YFL do podcasts. One with Krish Ashok ? Also will help in improving the spectrum of dishes shown here on YFL ( please i am not offending but Indian food is not Punjabi food, and theres a hugeee punjabi food variety that even doesnt make it to Restaurants and RUclips channels)
For me it was the masterclasses. Before Masterchef Australia it was Top Chef for me. However, Top Chef was gorgeous food porn and great drama. While Masterchef Australia also offered fair bit of drama, it was those little nuggets about how to roll the perfect dough or how mayonnaise is really 'lassi' made from egg yolk and olive oil that demystified western and fine dine cooking, which endeared me to show. That and the lovable personalities of the judges. I will always remember Matt bending down on knees while wearing a pristine white suit to scoop up expensive caviar from the floor that a contestant had been oblivious about.
Hello sir aapki recipes me follow karti rehti hun.. Me Gujarati family se belong karti hu.. Mujhe aapko ek recipe ke bare me batana hai.. Hamare ghar me ye bahot banti hai or sab ko pasand hai ye hum winter me jyada banate hai Or ye healthy bhi hai agar aapko vo achi lage to aap uska video banayega.. Please aap se request hai Juwari khichdi Or appem ka combination hai.. Appem ke under juvari khichdi dal kar usko stuffed kar lete hai.. Juwari khichdi me dusri koi dal nai dalte bas juwar hi hota hai or use hum sab vegis Or masale dal kar banate hai or ye khichdi ko appem ke bich fill karte hai fir khate hai. Agar ye aapko achi lage to video banayega.. Thank you and mujhe aapka kaam bahot help karta hai simple recipe banane ka tarika pasand aata hai. Or knowledge bhi milta hai.. 😊
Gary Matt and George were the reason we loved masterchef , every household knows them and they are actually more famous than we think Don’t watch it after they left Maggie beer miss her too ❤❤❤❤
Chef Sanjyot its a really very powerful podcast.. the best thing in this podcast / interview was you are good listener and in that whole interview they talked and shared their experience things and we everyone clearly hear and felt….like others most of interview if you saw the interruption is their by interviewers but this your listener quality stood up here … great and superbly done. All the very best for your all future tenures.
Very nice that u interviewed them. They're the best. I had a chance to meet them last month in Bombay. Both of them are fantastic. It was a once in a lifetime fan moment for me ❤
Hey JUST AN APPRECIATION POST. I have been watching your videos since inception, still remember the first video of brownie you posted and the one where you shared the story how you chose to start your own channel. Good to see you rise and shine. I love cooking and have been cooking since I was in 2nd standard in school and now I am 28😅. Your videos have been so so helpful.
Ofcourse , my favourite show and the three made it very enjoyable. Made me look my own vegetarian cooking differently from the weird Non-vegetarian , which I would not even spell in my life. Gotten over the stigma! My reason, the Australian people , participants were very decent , fundamental and didn’t have any crazy attitude. There are many favourites in every season and I felt the worst when the 3 were replaced. Very good quality program with quality people!
Hey hope u post content where u have actually cooked for them ! Just love Matt n Gary - even more after just having attended their Conosh dinner in Bangalore
I didn’t understand why they blurred when Sanjyot joined his hands out of respect to the two guests on being complimented, it shows how genuine he is.. or was it just a camera focus issue?
Sanjyot, please please please make innovative dishes like you used to when you started your channel. Make one a month or something if you feel that doesnt get much views. But please do - now you have more subscribers and these might actually become hits. Pretty please!!!
This is great 👍🏻 chef talk i really get amazing life lessons thanks to you By seeing you got motivated sanjyot really appreciated your hard work 🫡 hats off to you.
Loved this episode. More ❤❤ for Gaz and more ❤❤❤ for Matt. And you, Host ji, 10 points. Best host we have even tho I love Cyrus Broacha, you take the cake. Thank you.

I also want to know more about regional recipies around world and ingredients we are unheard off, some of unconventional cuisine maybe disappeared in timed now ....
The primary reason I watched Masterchef Australia was because of Gary, Matt, George. It isn't he same without them.
They are very talented charming chefs
Totally agree with you 💯
it's still the best among all. We need to stop emotionalize every fuckin show
Sooo true
All time favorite MasterChef Australia judges Gary, Matt and George... Because of them I watched most seasons of MasterChef Australia... They're so humble and sweet❤... Tysm chef and best wishes to canosh for their future endeavours

The humility wow, no wonder they are loved world-wide. This was probably the only reality show i binged as a child
The sweetest trio ever on reality TV till date. They somewhere changed our outlook of the stereotype Aussies. Missing George here.
The whole time gary and matt were speaking I had a big smile on my face just listening to them speak kinda brings a whole wave of positivity in you.
Also matt taking about tempura and other one coming from the Portuguese I had the exact same reaction as Gary 😂😂

This was the show that elevated my interest from being just a foodie who ate to a foodie who cooks! And ofcourse YFL added to that flair ❤
A Masterclass in fantastic conversation and humility. A BIG THANKS Chef Sanjyot.
