Can you somehow share were you or how you coded the 260+ Tacho ? I own a 440i with 480 PS and i can easy go faster then 280 But im sick of using apps or something to get my current speed.
I guess just coding. There should be an option to show the actual speed and not the corrected speed. I’d look in the instrument cluster ( Kombiinstrument )

@@osamasoliman6697 Now I tune my car myself but both MHD and BM3 are very good, yes engine speed limit removed and also speedometer 264 km/h removed . And yeah I really want to try ethanol someday.
@@Real-IMS thanks a lot for the valuable feedback... I was thinking of both just to get mppsk tune as Bavaria are not selling the mppsk kit these days.. MHD will be cheaper as I only need to buy the flasher license without paying for stage 1... Bm3 will have to buy one stage 1 map... I don't want more power than mppsk really with our weather and petrol as I won't have the patience to be logging the car a lot and tinker with changing maps and so... Looked into mgflasher as it allows for changing maps on the fly but they don't have a mppsk tune or an ACN 91 one even like BM3
I believe both 7th and 8th gear are overdrive gears. They are there to lower the rpms when casually driving to improve fuel economy but they won't make you go faster.
It’s the MPPSK. It’s a full catback exhaust and tune that’s straight from BMW(so stays under warranty.) The exhaust is a valved system, so when in comfort mode the exhaust flows through a muffler that really makes the car a lot more quite and sound almost stock. In sport mode the valves open up and the exhaust bypasses the muffler and is basically a straight pipe. Best of both worlds.

@@ilhxn_m340i_8 Depending on the aerodynamics of the car and the loss generated by the drivetrain (among other depending on the layout, e.g. FR, MR, RR, AWD etc.), 350-450hp will usually do with the right gearing. That being said 300kmh on the speedo are likely 280kmh or similar if measured with GPS. So no magic here.

I can confirm gps 293kph in a stage 1 340i with MPPSK, 430bhp. Car was still climbing but conditions were poor so I eased off
Ive done 187mph on a stage 2 540i. GPS thru Dragy app
The real deal is the car’s speed sensor and secret menu. That is more precise than any GPS or silly app. ;)

@@osamasoliman6697 I agree even the logs looks very bad with MPPSK when it's above 35 degrees Celsius.
why did you keep it in 6th gear? why not changing to 7th or 8th?
Not sure if 7th gear has enough torque, maybe I'll try it someday.
