Life is that bit more bollocks without Sean.
He lives in our hearts and minds. Use some of his lines from time to time, and keep his laughter alive.
That sums it up so well, Sean would definitely approve
Have to agree 100%
Yup
You're bloody right. Can we all just find a butcher that will help us play spine in a sack? I'd far rather that than Mr Jangles or just Ron coming up the stairs to tell me to go to bed...
He was a true treasure. R. I. P.
"I was a lunatic, just sweating mince and squash."
Sean Lock was the funniest British comedian by a very long way. He got me through so many panic/anxiety attacks. I'd just put on a random "8 out of 10 Cats" and within minutes he'd have calmed me down enough to stop pacing.
He was amazing no matter what he was doing and I will miss him so much.
Thank you, Sean.
🥺❤
Yeah his humour has been a rock for me these last 18 months while the rest of my life has been falling apart around me. A soothing voice of silliness to give me a reason to smile.
@@Loctorak Struth mate hope your picking up now-?Make yourself happy first your the boss, your the one who's writing the script, your the star of the show, your the main player, you gotta be true to yourself first,it takes guts to be honest with yourself/-I know what your going through it can be unbearable but remember -
You can rise up from anything you can completely recreate yourself nothing is permanent you’re not stuck you have choices you can think new thoughts you can learn something new you can create new habits all that matters if you decide today and never look back.
🕊😉
Brother I understand exactly what you mean. Love from Australia mate
You should check out Bill Bailey
The sound of pushing a double mattress up a spiral staircase is easily one of the best and most accurate comparisons I've ever heard.
IS NOBODY GONNA HELP ME WITH THiS
I cried
Been there, done that, but not since the 70’s thank fuck.
i can't breathe 😂 😂
best joke of the set
It’s a pain in the arse to push a double mattress up a straight flight of stars, never mind a fucking spiral one, that’s an act of self hate
Sean Lock is always like he´s in a best of compilation. But that´s just the show.
You came soo long ago.
@@leopoldleseigneur2233 but your mom just came recently
Really? He critiques people who are (checks notes) exactly like him. Let's check off the list: celebrities (clearly), people who can't shut up (like people who go on TV or the stage to talk to thousands of people on a regular basis?), etc etc. He has zero self awareness. But even worse, we think "ah, he is so witty, so insightful". When all he is doing is talking about himself. Sure, he is funny. Clearly. But the joke is on you for not recognizing the obvious parallels.
“ Are you a doctor? “
“ no I need a piss “ 😂😂😂😂😂
Brought a tear to getting a notification on my phone telling me he’s died. Rest in peace Sean.
Even watching him makes me sad now such a loss to comedy
Gutted it was my 47th birthday 😔
One eye going down the shops and the other coming back with the change 😂
I laughed so hard
Ancient definition of cross-eyed. But I love it!
One eye looking at you, the other eye looking for you.
One of the best lines I've ever heard bar none.
I watched this a while back and thought "how amusing". Not until I had to haul a double matress up 2 flights of stairs on my own...... I couldn't do it! Simply because I was pissing myself, thinking of this sketch! Damn you Lock! I had to sleep on the floor that night!
Thank God for RUclips - we can get a dose of Sean whenever we need. RIP.

Absolutely gutted…RIP Sean. Thank you for being unique. After all the laughs we’ve shared I’d love to think of you as a friend, as I’m sure everyone else here would.
"I'm on me own, don't like it, thoughts are coming...!"
A double mattress up a spiral staircase. Literally in tears of laughter. Christ, he was a funny man.
I’m so sorry for his family and for the lovely man himself. You were the best. ❤️from NZ
What a geinus, never to be matched, but very much missed...Seeing Claudia winkleman asking Sean to stop whilst he was retaughting his best achievement joke, and then seeing Jimmy carr, crying in laughter will forever stay in my memoirs...
retaughting???
Then there was the time I went seal clubbing, hilarious.
RIP Sean, thanks for all the jokes and laughters
His bird whistles sounded uncannily like the Clangers 😂
5:46 my dad after he walks into my room and turns my tv off for no reason
"They are not very funny birds." 😂
"Sweating mince" is a phrase I'm going to endeavour to work into as many conversations as possible.
You're both gonna sound like a pair of nobs
This guy, this guy - he’s got it. He gets it. He’s into it fully. The gist has been grasped completely. The concept has been meticulously analysed and evaluated over an infinitesimally long span of time, and my god -
@@raphaelambrosiuscostco who's material is that? I'm assuming it's not yours, as it's quite funny.
john smith It’s reassuring that you liked it.
I'll sub it in instead of "shitting bricks"
Love you Sean ,sadly I will never get the pleasure to meet you in person now . You have given me untold amounts of belly filled laughs . Condolences to your family , may they smile in remembering the joy you brought to the planet .
RIP I will miss you ❤️
I've not heard one person ever say they didn't like Sean Lock as a comic. He was universally funny. We will all miss you matey. A comedy genius taken far too young. The world seems a much less funny place now..🥲
you hit the wrong note - just a tad too maudlin and sentimental
@@cahillgreg Leave your own reply under the main post if you so wish, but stop trolling other people's replies on this thread mate, It's not the time or the place. Don't lecture me either, I'm not a kid.
@@cahillgreg If you are sexually frustrated just get a hooker. No need to be walking around so moody
@@kevcox5585 in fairness, now it's not surprising you haven't heard anyone say they disliked him. His passing isn't really the time to come out with that opinion
@@CS0723 No I mean while he was alive in the 15 odd years I've been watching him on TV, going to see his stand up etc. Most people I ever spoke to agreed that he was hilarious.
"I was a lunatic just sweating mice and sqash." 🤣🤣
*mince and squash
*mango and skiffle
Sweating rat and tennis
I wish I was watching this after Nick Griffin's death and Sean was still with us
I’ve just learned of Sean Lock & have been ‘bingeing’ on YT vids of his many appearances. Brilliant! This man is ETERNALLY hilarious, raw & lovely 💐 what a legacy 💫
I really need to get some adult nappies on before I watch Sean. The Nick Griffin eye bit nearly made me wet myself. He was a very funny man.
“One eye going down the shops, the other one coming back with the change” 😂😂😂
One of the best comedians of our time.
I'm p.....d off with this loss. 😢😢. So unfair. His family must be absolutely devastated. 😢
I had no idea that he was that good at stand up until Harry Hill mentioned that other stand ups admired him.
Imagine if you could only follow one person. A lot of people would realize their opinion isn't all that important.
I will miss you forever mate. What ever is out there when we pass, I know you will be with the good energy. I hope to see you again one day mate x
A friend of mine's mother is a community midwife in North Wales and just happens to be black. She was called to a home birth and when she knocked on the door of a cottage, who answered the door, Nick Griffin. Griffin then proceeded to ask for an alternative midwife to which my friend's mum replied 'It's either me or you, love." Griffin then reluctantly opened the door.
Oh the irony. But fuck me did we laugh for what seemed an eternity.
I mean seriously, what an utter bell end, respect to your Mums friend, couldn't have been an easy situation but all credit to her.
Bulls**t..
Nick griffin's bit had me in tears and struggling to breathe 🤣
Twitter should definitely be renamed 'Bollocks!' RIP, Sean! Thanks for the laughs!
i am alone in my room absolutely laughing my head off
Same
You should tweet that :)
I hope he got to do all of those things before he passed away. RIP Sean.
Just pure brilliance!! I’m gonna miss you Seán.
The part about the 70's is hands down the best comedy I have seen in a year XD
70's father Christmas was a real piece of work....
Being that the twitter logo is composed entirely of segments of circles, changing it to bollocks would take very little effort.
Frist time I"ve watched his stand up, love it, miss him.
Rest in peace comedy genius.. you brightened my day many times with your amazing humour and quick wit.
Open-top mince made me laugh out loud! I fucking love this bloke.
Fuckin love him, what a waste with him gone. RIP brother
Quite an interesting description of Twitter - celebrities whose heads are leaking out. Too funny. Luv Sean
The world just seems a little bit less funny now. Truly gutted. Rip.
Totally agree, Fred.
and yet you've forgotten him already Fred
It seems a lot less funny to be honest.
@@cahillgreg ?
Wish id got to see him live. What a comedian he is.
Has there ever been a more natural comedian? The guy is a national treasure!
"Bollocks" ! Priceless Shaun Lock
One of a kind and will be sadly missed.:(

Rest in peace Sean.. I still can't really believe it!
I feel so sorry for his family, as he wasn't just an ordinary person.
I visualise family life with him was great.
He was obviously on form that night😂😂
Luv sean lock,so Random..He looks like A manager in a supermarket, but certainly squeezed the chuckles out of LIFE.lol.
The More I live the more I realise humour is the saving sense!!!🤪

We lost a brilliant comedic mind. And have been robbed of what should have been decades more of quality laughter.
At 2:50 there is a laugh that sounds very much like Dave Spikey and when you see Sean going through the next few lines, you can see a slight smirk which might say ‘I recognise that chuckle’ . RIP Sean. Still can’t believe you’re gone
