Most of the mega scalers are not concerned with cheap energy, nor have they bothered about working with AI in an energy efficient manner, nor did they bother to work on an ecosystem that could carry out the tasks the way Morphware is doing. It's more about intent, they just don't have it in them.

Whats's stoping anyone else (ie the mega scalers) buying cheap energy from Paraguay? Don't they have the resources to navigate a complex process?
