    Am I the only one who's Thai food fantasies just came true for? Omg it's like two of my favorite things at the same time fresh authentic Thai food and Mike's awesome passion for food all combined​ into one I kid you not I was maaaaddd hyped to watch this I can't wait to see more of this trip!     Welcome to my homeland country, Mike. If you have a chance you should go try the most famous Pad Thai restaurant named Pad-Thai Tipsamai, It open at night but I'm not sure about the right time, also that pork sausage you ate is from North-East Thailand and it fermented that why it taste a little bit sour, you have to eat it with fresh Thai chilly and ginger to cut the fat in it.

    New subscriber here. I am a foodie and a frequent traveler to Thailand so I absolutely loved this video.     I’m so surprised how much you can eat the Thai spicy food. I am so proud in my country and thank you for review our food. Taco that you ate, is Kha Nom Bueng as Thai dessert. 👍🏻

    Hey Mike! If you're staying in Thailand for sometime I highly recommend you to go to Chiangmai province, it's like the capital of the northern region. There're many great food and I promise the local food here will blown you away. I and my father runs a restaurant here as well. I've subs your channel for a year or 2 now, love your vids. Anyway GLHF man. :)

    River shrimp with noodle usually eat with rice lol and also with Tom yam ghoong too. They get well together not too salty.

    When you tasted the dessert, you said "It looks like a big piece of coconut". It is actually a big piece of milk coconut (not coconut milk). It is hard to find and expensive, even in Thailand. It is not the taro. ^_^

    8.13 It's not liver. It's duck blood
    9.03 It's not taro. It's a type of coconut meat that is fluffy and has a creamy texture and quite rare!
    9.30 The pork sausage is not sour from vinegar. It's from fermentation with rice and garlic.

      ZOD4 they are like a crunch fruit cut into squares and dipped in flour and boil it, the white water is coconut milk mixed with sugar it doesn't really taste good with ice but best cold

      You are good to spot that. In Thai the desert is called 'Tub Tim Krob' meaning crunchy pomegranate. The look was intentional.

    You should come to the Philippines! I bought a a big box(approx 7 kilos) of rambutans for just about 3 bucks( 150 pesos) in Davao city, oh boy they were so fresh and juicy!

      HONG + JULIE Jackie Chan's genetically are more related to Lao, ( Gelao, Ai Lao, Rau, Liao ) a Tai-kadai speakers than Han Chinese. Han Chinese on the other hand genetically are more related to Tibetan and Burmese than southern Chinese.
      Chan, Chandee, Chanda, Chinda, Chansuda, Chandala, Chandaly, Chantha, Chanthara, Chanthathep, Chanthaburi, Chanthavong, Pumphuang Duangchan, Duangchan Mala, Vientiane, ( Vieng Chan )...is Lao names.
