Channel provides detailed guidance to help tourists have a great experience when visiting Vietnam, me too :)). Besides that, I also learn english from this. Wishing Van and the channel more growth!
Your quality of video is amazing. Information you shared is really meaningful and valuable for not only foreign travelers but also domestic travelers. I learned a lot useful tips and information from your videos. Thanks a lot.
Stayed in HCMC for a week in September. It wasnt enough time, fabulous city, most beautiful people. Food; check out Banh Mi 37, Pho Sam Ngoc Linh and the street food market. Shopping; forget Ben Thanh market unless you like low quality and scams. Go across the road to Saigon Square for a better experience and better quality.
1,2,3,4 WEEK VIETNAM ITINERARY (EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO TRAVEL AROUND VIETNAM). Attractive video with impressive and attractive details. Sharing is very impressive and valuable.
I'm really into this video. I do support your plan that brings foreign travellers the completely great experiences about Vietnamese culture, tradition, people. Good idea! Love it!❤❤❤😊
Next Feb I'll be visiting Vietnam for 10 days after more than a decade, got my E-Visa approved couple days ago as well. I was born in the Southwest of Vietnam, but this time I will visit the North of Vietnam. Hanoi, Ninh Binh, and then Nghe An will be in my itinerary during this trip. Hopefully it will be fun and adventurous, and I'll make sure to check out your site to get some references for my trip. Nice videos as always, Van!
Hi, Van Vu..., Bright, intelligent, and attractive ! ! * Excellent video and very informative, and "Thank you" for sharing the video ! ! Excellent video... "Semper Fi" Mike in Montana * P.S.: I purchased your "Ultimate Vietnam Travel E-book" and I love the book and its valuable, and important information... Mike ❤ :)
Ninh Binh Tam Coc has been a nice laid back, change of pace after being in Hanoi Old Quarter for two weeks (with a few side trips to Sapa and Ha Long Bay)!
Thanks for the info. Not been since 89. Im going back very very soon. Planned to go in 2019 but Covid stopped us so now its time, i hope they are ready for me cos Iam on my way................
I’d love a video to guide how to travel vietnam with a young family. Unfortunately the above locations are not easy with young kids. Normally with families, we’re not on budgets but prefer comfortable trips, itinerary & accomodations. :) My friends & I used to travel so much without kids, but now it’s family age and we struggle to find locations, despite we don’t have a budget to travel, it’s just ‘where can we go that is kid friendly and see as much as we can’. :)
As always a great video on the recommendations are spot on. I just recently moved to Hanoi. I watched a lot of your videos before and they definitely came in handy an were also very motivational. Thought about reaching out when I was in the process of moving to Hanoi for a collab or something. Anyways being here now for a bit I 100% agree on this itinerary. Though I actually did not do all of it yet - work kind of gets in the way sometimes 😅 Did you know that there are American Football Teams in Hanoi and HCMC and there is a young and aspiring Vietnamese National Team in this sport. They also welcome new people, travelers and anybody interested. It is flag football so also girls play along with the guys. Many Vietnamese play along with also a lot of foreigners and the mix is great as well as the positive atmosphere. You should check it out somewhen. Would be awesome to have over for a match. Might be interesting for people moving or travelling and Hanoi Flag Football is always looking for new people and also has social events, tournaments etc. as well as after practice activities such as dinners or going for a bia hoi.
I will be leaving soon for a month in Vietnam and 2.5 months in surrounding countries. I would suggest not moving around so much. I'm only going to 3 places as the weather is great there in January/February when I will be there. Hoi An, Da Nang and Hue.
Hi, I'm in Saigon, I would love to meet you on the street and say thank you on my second visit to this wonderful country, thank you for your help, I speak Spanish, I live in Canada and thanks to you, only to you, I have a lot of useful information and guides. I wish I had gone with you on the tour, but I couldn't. Thank you, take care, I hope you read this, I appreciate it and keep going. Sincerely, Oscar T.
Love the food. I want to retire there. Visa would be problematic. Looking into it now. I want to make Vietnam a one way trip if I can help it. Flying is expensive [I'd rather spend money on food than flights, lol]. I spent 11 years in VN , so, yes, I have an idea of what I'm doing. I think.
Last month I spent a total of 2 days in Vietnam. ( bucket list)As I am a Senior I wasn’t interested in going to the tourist areas,I simply wanted to walk the streets, try the local beer and coffee ( best coffee ever BTW) and leisurely walk thru the markets to get a sense of the culture. This was impossible. As soon as I hit the streets the local street-venders came at me from everywhere. They would not leave me alone no matter how many times I said no thank you. They followed me everywhere. I was not able to do any of the things I came there for. Very disappointing . Not your fault but how do you avoid this when they know your a Tourist ❤🇨🇦
Hi Van, I have a question specific to USA tourists. I read on an embassy website we can receive a one year visa but with stays of 90 days. Does Vietnam allow USA visa holders to stay 90 days, go to Cambodia or Laos, and return after a few days for another 90 days? Or, is there a requirement to stay out of Vietnam for a certain period. Thank you.
You are the only woman whom I want to marry and be imprisoned my heart with forever. Will you marry me please, Van ❤ Wherever you are and wherever you go, home to me is always where you are and will be. To Love You is to Love Us. To Love Us is to Love Me. I Love You, Van ❤
Hi the reason vietnam falls behind thailand is simply hygiene. Vietnam has almost india standards and when people leave there and get to thailand they feel how well maintained everything is and want to stay. Go in a coffee shop in vietnam and youll see grubby hand marks all over the doors, lint down the back of the sofa etc book a hotel and when you arrive it wont be thoroughly cleaned. Vietnam loses billions because of lack of hygiene. If you want to boost your country you should address this.
@ not really. I am twice her age and have lived in every province of VN. BTW, advising people to do their own research is generally a good thing. She doesn’t need you to come to her defense, really.
ARE YOU STILL HATING AMERICA? THE COUNTRY THAT WELCOMED AND SUPPORTED YOU FOR A FEW YEARS WHILE YOU WERE HERE. THAT TREATED YOU GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL. WITHOUT AMERICA YOU WILL NOT BE WHO AND WHERE YOU ARE TODAY. YOUR SUCCESS WAS ONLY THROUGH BEING IN AMERICA. I HOPE THAT YOU ARE NOT A AMERICA HATER ANYMORE.
huh? chill buddy! I’ve met her in real life b4 in the last Tour Vietnam trip she planned! She planned it so well! She’s not mean or hates America- I don’t know what your talking about buddyy-
Don’t say wow when you see America but try to make America say wow when they see Vietnam. It’s not the money but it’s the education system that makes people say wow Vietnam.
Vietnamese people Americans don’t consider Asian people as one of them okay silly and me my mom family was a wealthy family Chinese/ Vietnamese so I careless about money and who have money. You are Asian remember that regardless of how much money you have Americans don’t consider Asian people as an American.

Nha Trang and Da Nang are not on your list? lol. I hope everyone does their own research and not blindly listen to this video.
