Hi! I want to emulate this but in a different way. I like to retain letter proportions, avoid making them look longer because of the shadow sitting above letters. Instead, I like to move the shadow inside the letter shape (maybe just partially go over a bit if necessary but basically remain inside the original letter shape). So the shadow is on top but within the letter shape like it was punched out with the pathfinder. No inner glow. Something like Photoshop's inner shadow - the effect I'm going for is that of a kind of drop shadow inside the letter shape (what I try to avoid is shadow along the whole letter outline). I know how to do it with shapes, but live text? Anyone?
