Catasetums Come Alive

An update of our small catasetum orchid collection in spring. A look at how different their growths can be!

All but one are growing at the moment and one (Orchid Glade) didn't even go dormant and has been fed and watered all winter. They need full light for as long as possible and you can't feed and water them enough (mine get between 250 and 300 ppm during growth season and I may up that a little bit) Hope you get them to bloom this year 😁

Hope they bloom for you this year, I think they like a lot of light?

thanks Justin! we hope so too! yes, the small light cabinets we got are mostly for them and the cattleyas thru the winter. hopefully it will help them!
