TSA luggage lock won’t lock

After being checked by customs, my Away luggage TSA lock would not lock anymore no matter what the combination was. The issue was coming from the TSA lock not being set in the right position. I was able to set it back to the correct position using a simple tool.

It worked … i was so frustrated because of this .. i think the airport staff opened it to check something and they dint locked it back…
My bag was opening on each number …
I tried the paper clip method , with the hair pins … nothing worked but this ❤…

Yeap that worked for me on a Primark bag 2024, it was opened by customs but the lock was left in the open position. No red dot on mine but a small lock / unlocked graphic. A safety pin moved it back and it locks fine again! 👍
