Due to recent sanctions imposed by the U.S. government, DeepCool products are no longer available for purchase in the United States. These sanctions were enacted as part of broader geopolitical measures and are unrelated to the quality or performance of DeepCool products or their customer service. This action may affect the availability of certain products mentioned in my videos. For those in the U.S., I recommend exploring alternative brands or checking for updated availability before making any purchase decisions.
I'm finding it difficult, searching for an E-ATX case for my current build right now that isn't too expensive but also not cheaply built. I really like the review you did on This case. Definitely going to put it on the Amazon wishlist.
Looks like a nice case and that upgrade to the one with the screen for that little bit of a price increase is insane, in a good way. If I were currently in the market for a new case, this would make the list of options.
God damn it! I decided on artic freezer 3. So now I guess I have to give up on this case. I switched my decision from Montech air 903 max, because it can be loud, to this one. But after this video, I am going back to it...
This case almost meets my requirement, but the side panel mesh doesn't extend up high enough for me. I really want something for mounting a GPU vertically or being able to install 2 graphics card without it being suffocated. I think the mesh hole size on the side panel should match the front.
Hi, just curious if you have the AK620 Digital connected to the cases RGB controller in this video? If so, did you experience any issues with some of the AK620's LED's not lighting up. I have both of these as well (and the white CH560 Digital as well) and on both cases with just the coolers panel connected to the ARGB controller, several of the LED's on one side do not light up. Deepcool support are trying to tell me that the panel probably pulls too much power from the controller, but I'm just not buying it. It seems reasonable that these products should work together seamlessly.
Thanks CJ, nice job. I cannot help but notice how much millimetres entered the US tech world. 😊 The story about the untouched PC cases reminds me of the fancy Aopen case I bought 25 years ago. My friend laughed at me for paying 2.5x the price of an average case. I replaced the PSU 10 years in and decommissioned the (didn’t count how many)th last PC I built in it a year ago. A good case can work for quite some time…
Incredible and thorough review. I have 2 questions. Can the LEDs be completely switched off and how big of a card do you need to take advantage of the built in GPU bracket. Have a 310mm and while I will eventually migrate to a much bigger card in the future I'd like to know if I need my own bracket or the one on the case will suffice?
Thanks for video I just have one question can we remove mesh from side door(in front of psu) ? I just like side glass alone without mesh panel can we? Or if remove glass is half and not cover all way to down
my mainboard is z690 taichi, it has only 1 USB 9pin port, so I bought a split module for connecting ch560 digital case and ak620 digital, but it only show 1 device, can you show me how to make the deep cool app detects both of them ?
Great video! I'm looking into buying this case and also the cpu cooler (ak500 digital). The question is how do you connect all argb devices? Do you use additional hub? And usb 2.0, one for case screen, one for cpu screen and if you use hub, it is one more. How did you fit it all in?😂 I want to control everything with signal rgb(not using case hub). Is it possible?
All the RGB fans daisy chain so you just need to plug 2 rgb cables into the case hub. One for the fans and one for the Cooler. The hub can plug into and be controlled with the motherboard. you will need 2 USB 2.0 connectors one for the case and one for the cooler.
there are different modes which can be controlled by a button on the front io. but since those are standard 4 pin pwm fans with standard 3 pin argb headers you can unplug them from the hub and connect them directly to your board
i have this case in white and it’s definitely the best value case around $100. The features are great such as 4 included fans and solid temps. I dont like the psu fan filter in the bottom tho
@ElevatedSystems No its not see Lian Li 216, NZXT H7, Corsair d400 airflow to name a few. Even my Metallic gear neo air that costed me 50£ has a framed bottom filter. This case is a missed opportunity for Deepcool in my opinion
My test system motherboard is an MSI and I just plug the fans into the motherboard ARGB header and use the MSI Mystic Light to control the RGB, but it could be done with the RGB controller in this case. Just plug into the controller and cycle through the presets with the LAD button. There are a bunch of static colors to choose.
You know, everytime I see a consumer case showcased it's always one with glass on the left side (facing it). This is a waste of money to me as I *Always* have and do put my tower on the left side of my desk What's up with this
Good Question, but if you hold a motherboard up to the right side of a case you can see the problem. The IO will be positioned towards the front of the case. In order for the IO panel to be at the rear of the case on the right side you have to invert the motherboard. There are cases like this but they are not very popular because of the upside down motherboard installation.
@@ElevatedSystems if you flipped the motherboard over the horizontal axis the only problem you would have would be upside down IO placement no, Is that a big pain?
@@LiveErrors It has some impact on thermals but as long as you don't mind every component and all their graphics and text upside-down its not a huge problem.

nice work CJ, good to see you back up to full speed, and of course thoughtful thorough presentation, thanks again!

the non digital version without the temperature panel (which I don't care about tbh) at 82€ seems like a good idea. Noted.

Nice review, thanks!

Did the fan cooler was good enough? Or should we change it.

You can turn the RGB off and the GPU bracket is adjustable so it works on most cards.

Impressive case, that's a lot of bang for the buck.
Hi, my case's display just started to show 0 as only value. 😞 Any suggest please? 😊

Hello, sorry, are the case fans 4-pin PWM or 3-pin?
Looks amazing, but how do you change the rgb fan colors, is it even possible?

The bottom filter isn't the best solution, but is pretty typical of cases in this range.

Hi. How can i get a static color to the fans like you ? Do i have to use a controller device or a deepcool software ?

Just ordered it 👍👍
How do I route the cables if I want to use a E-ATX mainboard? The cable windows seems to be blocked if I use a E-ATX one.
Like I said, you need to be creative. you can run them up from the bottom front side or down from the top.
Would a 4090 fit width wise or would the wire be a problem cause of the 4090 size?
Yes it would
love this vid! deserved a sub :)
Good vid! U earned new sub 🙂👍
How exactly would the side panel provide air for gpu with that fan setup?
Physics.
@@ElevatedSystemsyeah was impressed by the amount of air it sucks in and blows out of the top without any additional fans
Cons-Not enough storage space and less front usb ports.
this or lancool 216?
Except for the the 160mm fans and the built quality.
the front grid panel hole is too big, this case will be full of dust in no time !
there's a dust filter behind it.
ah cool. Can't see it clearly from the video, is the top cover sturdy enough or kinda flimsy and weak ?
Love it I want ons
