Considering how deep the levels in crafting go, it: amazing that this is one of the few videos talking about starting archetypes and their effects on focusing for gathering/follecting.
I appreciate you giving clear ideas about what is going to be profitable...so many videos generally touch in the topic of these skill boosts with the archetypes but hardly any of them take the next step and actually say what they think will be better or worse. I have been leaning towards engineering for exactly the reasons you mentioned. Being able to crank out tools for everyone right out the gate seems really good. The only other thought ive had was to maybe select soldier so i get the jump on mining, smelting, and Weaponsmithing, but then go directly to make a concerted effort at power leveling engineering on my own...this way i can both start to generate the tools while also having earlier access to the higher level mining nodes... I've heard that you can make your money back from leveling engineering pretty easily so it almost seems a waste to get the 50 bonus points there if i can make money off of doing it manually...what do you think about that approach?
I guess that the KAPPA image was too small to notice, or the joke is really old now. Cutting gems on different place, doesn't mean that they are not associated with Stonecutting 🙃
I'm willing to bet mining will be the most profitable at launch. I think most will roll ranger for the ability to make tools. They'll need the metals to make those tools though.
Fishing is considered as gathering and that's why I didn't mentioned it. You can still make some profit from it, but in comparison to the others it would not be amazing.
I'd argue that Armoring will be a hot commodity and good money maker as well. The ability to make bags is a great coin generator. Also in the following weeks after, Furnishing. Once people begin getting trophy drops, and the furnisher would be able to turn profit on trophies & storage boxes. :P
I have a feeling Ranger will be very popular on fresh servers and the competition will drive down the price quickly on gathering tools. I'm still roll8ng Ranger though

Engineering for tools and armoring for bags early. Need to be in a faction to craft bags. Those two big money. 💰
1) No more ammo in NWA😅
2) gems are no longer cut in the stone cutting process

Is removing ammos also count as a nerf to damage of Musket and Bow ?
Cus higher tier ammos were buffing damage
@@Dishtation yes it is a nerf but for those not crafting at all or low tier its a buff
any with miner
soldier archtype starts with mining bonus

@@nordy259 True, and i hear their will be alot of fighting over mining nodes. lol. Cant wait till the 15th
Why fishing not on here at all?

You get 2 (maybe 3?) tier V bags and some crappy ones from main story/season quests now. So they are not going to be in demand that much.
@@MrJramirex Finally someone who knows why I didn't mentioned bags 😁
engineering will be goated at the start u just revealed my plan to every1 😭
Oh no, sorry for spoiling it

Thats why theres a "Kappa" emote
@@linefax5536 I thought it's big enough
@Lidiq i believe you forgot about Bags and engineering yield potions
The tricky part is - I didn't 😎
Benn playing throne and liberty, it's alright. New world is what im really wanting to play.
ill be on ps5 only server with a bunch of noobs like myself who for the most, this game will be brand new.
Then you are up for a blast of experience. Good luck and have fun ☺
U won't get the event rewards and server will die super fast. Should really think about playing on a normal server with everyone
Bags for sure 😅
You forgot the main one in early game to make gold... BAGS.
No, I didn't forget them 😎
I never liked to put work into trade skills in any MMO. I just don't enjoy it. I hope there is a way to get BIS gear with dungeons or PvP.
There are ways to obtain good gear with Dungeons and PvP. For the rest, you will just buy it with the gold you earn 😉
Fishing not even worth mentioning haha

@@Lidiq- Yeah haha I get it. There was a time before bots when it actually meant something
