Thanks for showing this! Interesting you're adding lows, as I've mostly heard of people taking lows out of the guitars in order to not mess with the bass. I do feel it helps to make the guitars sound bigger though, I'll definitely experiment with this!
@@MartijnFrazer yeah I’ve never understood why you’d do this as a matter of course. Sure sometimes you may need to carve some lows out of the guitars but particularly in rock music where you want a big guitar sound, you can get away with lots of low end on guitars.
Hi, Awesome guitar sound, congratulations !! Very close to CLA mixing guitars approach. Could you explain tracking details please ? I'm really interested ;-). DI/AMP or Kemper (what profiles) ?, How many layers ? Different guitars ? Crunch and heavy are the same takes (left/right) or differents takes so 4 guitar tracks ? Etc... Thanks. Best
Thanks, glad you enjoyed. So I’m using Kemper and I have a pair of crunch (mid gain with single coil and p90s), a pair of heavy (high gain with humbuckers) and a pair of octaves (high gain single coil). I tend to switch amps for the left and right in a pair for extra width.
@@adamfiascoVEVO thank you so much for your answer. Actualy it sounds like a quad tracked guitars but I would liked to be sure. Do you remember which profiles you used ? I'm a kemper user, I'm working on a pop punk project and I'm looking for this sounds. I'm using TAF SLO100 and it works pretty great but I'm curious. Your tone is really great ;-). Best
@@PierreWagner33 I can’t remember the exact profiles but the crunch tones came from a Wizard50 and a JCM800, and the heavier tones came from an Orange Rockerverb and a SoundCity 100. Hope that helps
@@adamfiascoVEVO Yes it helps a lot. I guess it comes from Howard Benson Pack. I own this pack and I was'nt able to handle with it, each time it sounds too harsh and fizzy. Thank you I'll have a try again on this pack. All the best.

@@PierreWagner33 very likely came from that pack - I love those profiles!
