미국은 거의다 목조인가보네요

네 1층 바닥을 제외하고는 대부분 목조로 짓는 것이 일반적인것 같아요:)

시간과 비용은 얼마드셨어요?

부지 계약부터 약 7개월 정도 걸렸어요 그 중 3~4개월은 건축 인허가 기다린거였어요~ 비용은 일반 기존 구매랑 큰 차이가 없어서 기왕이면 새집가자 해서 간거였는데 그건 지역마다 조금씩 다르고 빌더마다 다르고 또 어떤 옵션을 추가하느냐에 따라 다를거에요
