Really enjoyed the lesson. I am a lefty who has a good hard one handed back handed modeled after RF. I have zero skills at a double handed back hand. I bought myself a ball machine this Xmas for myself and plan to use this lesson a lot.

Nice. He has a very good technique. I have a one hander myself but I can say that this is one of the better demonstrated 2 hander videos out there (of the ones I have seen so far)

For all of you new to the two handed backhand remember this. This will save you a lot of frustration try using a split grip, the top hand is higher up on the grip. This does a few things, this grip allows you to hit a ball about 2 inches off the ground to about 7 feet high because the left hand is not restricted like when the two hands are together. The split grip allows a much faster racquet head speed. Even if your feet are not in a good position you can the ball over the net with speed. If you do not believe this technique is try with both hands on the racquet hands together invert your racquet. Now try the split grip invert your racquet this is what allows you to hit a ball two inches off the ground for a winner!

Great coach. I'm a Junior tennis instructor and he definitely knows what he's talking about. This is the amazing this about private lessons. A lot faster progress than group lessons!

'm still struggling with two handed backhand. Before contact with the ball, I see most of tennis player, they bent their wrist to keep the racket's head bellow the ball. I don't know how to that. We use the left hand or the right hand to keep the racket's head bellow the ball ?
