If anyone was in the cosplay i just want to say thank you for your time and effort i liked every single one. The details and resemblence is uncanny. Everyone of them was a winner in my eyes.
The amount of money all of these cost to make is probably higher than anything that was won in that cosplay contest. Not to mention all the hard work it took. These cosplayers are doing it not for monetary gain, but for the passion they have. They all deserve to win.
True, specially things like that DW with the drone and that TB with all those whirly lollipops (sorry, i don't know what they are called) definitely cost a lot. Not to mention all the others with a sick amount of accesories.

That Doom cosplay was super awesome, they had so much freedom of movement for something that looked so clunky. That sword looked pretty sturdy too, based on how fast they were swinging it.
For me, NAGA SIREN cosplay should've won 1:39 ..the way the crowd were amazed after seeing her made her the true winner . Also I like the DOOM BRINGER too 3:33 He moves like very into the character .the way he swings that huge sword ..that's awesome.

This has got to be some of the best Dota 2 cosplay I have ever seen. Undoubtedly the best Dota 2 cosplay contest. China you might not have the best crowd but you've made us proud. In most contests you'll end up seeing multiple CMs or Linas, not that there's anything wrong with that ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) but that's just too straightforward. Here, the level of creativity that went into the design is astounding and I love the extra details that go along the costumes, like the Dark Willow Jex drone and the Mirana Sagan mount. With all that said, I always find the judging to be confusing, like, I know it's not on looks alone and there's layers to it but some of the picks are just baffling.

All of the cosplayers featured have definitely won money as prize, but like only few of them like the "indian treant" one win the "Best of" something category

It is the tickets distributors' problem. The scandal has blown out in the community. Swapping seats without buyers' authorization, selling most tickets to second-hand merchants. Thus those tickets are priced ridiculously like 5 10 20 times higher, and you don't even know if the tickets are legit or not. The result is that those second-handed merchants sold maybe 20 percents of the tickets and threw the rest away. And everybody profiting except fans. Shame

But if they are going to held TI in China again in the future they need to find a solution for this ticket problem. They go on and on about how passionate the Chinese fans are, and then you see the arena half empty, it's pretty depressing
Aside from the fact that ALL of these costumes were legitimately AMAZING I wish the camera wasn't moving so much and we got some actual steady shots of each costume for more than like 8 seconds before some sort of weird panning close up.

I don't want to read subtitles in TI and probably most people prefer an English speaking host that are hosting the events.
