Please do “Blackout” or “Can’t Live Without you”. They’re both great older Scorpions songs and a little on the harder side. They’re both worth a listen!
Hi guys. Sorry, this was the short version "official music video", not live. The original studio recording actually has a 2nd verse. Awesome reaction nonetheless. 😊❤️🤘🤘
I've seen the Scorpions in the 80's 90's and 2000's. They still tour and they are still super awesome live. "Rock You Like A Hurricane" is usually their encore song.
Scorpions has a lot rocking hits but they also will give you some slower pace stuff. A song like this is where you really get to hear Klaus and his amazing voice.
The Scorpions are one of the oldest hard rock bands still performing. They technically became a band in 1965. Their first album though was 1972. Still at the time of Zeppelin, Sabbath and Deep Purple. They've gone through some serious evolution over the years too. What you've heard is from the 80s version of the band, the most popular. They have 19 albums, not including live albums, so there is much diversity in the band.
This song just builds and builds to that glorious climax, and the musicianship is impeccable !!! Such a gut wrenching, chill bump inducing, LOVE ❤️ song ,....that brings back so many memories.
Omgosh I freaking love this song. It has a special memory attached to it. My first love. Found him after 40 years of being apart. We are friends cause Im happily married, 30yrs. But it was great to reconnect.
Can't say it enough. If you want to get blown by a voice listen to Steelheart's She's Gone and I'll Never Let You Go. I can 100% guarantee your jaws will be on the floor.

"Big City Nights" and "Rock you like a hurricane" are some good rockers......"Winds of Change" is about the fall of the Berlin Wall and is a great power ballad!
This epic lament has been in my playlist for Decades!!! Glad you got the chance to explore this and so many other old masterpieces on your fantastic channel!
This song slayed me for many years. When I saw them at a "Monsters of Rock" concert in DC in the 80's, I actually screamed when he sang "I'm loving youuuuuuuuuu." It was that good!
The Ambassadors of Heavy Metal. The Scorpions have been rocking since the 1960s. They truly went worldwide live in the 80s. Their rock ballads are legend. Klaus Mein's vocals in this song are hauntingly good. Try "Blackout", "Rock You Like a Hurricane", "Can't Live Without You", "Bad Boys Running Wild", etc.
Even though Klaus Mein's vibrato and falsetto are completely different, he is the German Freddie Mercury. The power, tone, and pitch of his voice are just as powerful as Freddie. Even though they play different styles of music, both cut right through the music.
Seriously guys... you really have to do "Winds of Change"!!!! It's their quintessential anthem. As for heavier Scorpions tunes, try "Rock You Like a Hurricane" and "The Zoo". Probably their two most popular heavy songs.
Well, I´m 54 years old right now, as I write this comment, german, and the Scorpions were with me through all of that time! Not really my favourite metal band but still an influence . Klaus Meine is a german treasure.

Love Scorpions - so many great songs. They are considered metal/hard rock. Another Piece of Meat is one of my favorite and Lovedrive is probably my fave album by them. They go from hard to melodic to ballads. I find it fascinating that he can kind of whisper sing with power. Klaus has a great voice and they had some of the greatest musicians.
for harder Scorpians, I'd suggest something like "Blackout". Also, when you mentioned Ronnie James Dio, rest his soul, you are talking about "Metal Royalty"!
I think I played Scorpion thousands of times as a teen. Scorpion and Queen ( Freddie Mercury’s voice is still the most incredible-check Queen live in Montreal 1981 -Somebody To Love) over and over. Klaus (Scorpion lead singer) can sing and also write amazing songs in English wow! They are arguably the best and most famous German band. Try Wind of Change and Rock You Like A Hurricane.

“Wind of change”
Klaus Meine is the vocalist
God, please no, not Winds of Change again, lol. This is the one that gets requested on reaction channels all the time, and it's not their best. It's a good song, and I know it was a big hit for them, but I feel like this is one that people always request mainly because it got a lot of radio coverage and it just pops to mind when certain people hear "Scorpions," but they definitely have better songs. Also, the whole inspiration for the song... well, let's just say that Russia has pretty much done a 360 since it was written.
All that aside, they requested something harder. Winds of Change ain't it. ;)
My favorite ❤️
"Send me an Angel" is my favourite Scorpians song, followed by "Winds of Change".
A voice that cannot be matched
Scorpions have a ton of great songs, check out “THE ZOO if you want to hear one of their earlier heavier big hits!
The Scorpions wouldn't be the Scorpions without Klaus Meine
React to Holiday
Holiday! I forgot about that great song
Holiday rules!
Holiday LIVE, as in World Wide Live
Good choice! This one is great. Scorpions- Wind of Change is an awesome song too. Probably my favorite Scorpions song. It's fire! You need to check it out too. FYI, Wind of Change was our class song ('93) it is that good!
The story behind Winds of Change and what it meant to people when the Wall came down between east and west Berlin and then the fall of the Soviet Union makes the song even better!
@@carenhelms8518 yes, definitely makes the song more meaningful for sure. Ageless classic that still kicks a$$ !!
In my teens (80's) I liked the Scorpions just fine, but until I revisited them in my 50's did I realize how absolutely incredible Klaus's voice is. Not only his range, but power. Go try and sing this song in the shower- try it!!! I dare you!! Good f'in luck!!
I just turned 40 and I'm "rediscovering" Klaus all over again
I play it on trombone; it’s a perfect match! Oh… I’ve not tried it in the shower.
I can so relate to this song and it always gets my eyes wet for loss of my love to one special woman. I used this and few other break up songs after that relationship when i was handling my emotions. Music helpt me to cry out the bad feelings and also joy after a while after releasing those bad feelings.
Too bad that this was a short version of the song. I realy love it. On of the best songs ever written. Goes to my classic list with Hotel California, House Of The Rising Sun & etc. great stuff.
' your pride has built a wall so strong that I can't get through " very powerful lyric, seen them many times, great live.
Please do “Blackout” or “Can’t Live Without you”. They’re both great older Scorpions songs and a little on the harder side. They’re both worth a listen!
Yes, I requested these two on the last Scorpion vid they did. Good choices.
And Rock You Like a Hurricane !!
Yes! Blackout album is one of those rare moments from my childhood!! Love it so much!!
SO many great songs hard to go wrong. Love Tease Me Please Wind of Change Rock me like a Hurricane
And both on the album blackout. My favorite hard rock band of all time.
I recommend Winds of Change, No one Like You, Big City Nights, Rock you Like a Hurricane
Every time I hear this song it feels like I’ve never heard it before. I first heard this song as a child and new how great it was
"Rock You Like A Hurricane" is an absolute must.
I’m a sucker for power ballads. Love this one so much. ❤️
This song still gives me goosebumps.
One of the few bands I've seen live (and I've seen a LOT) that sound spot on to their studio version of their songs, AMAZING musicianship
Agreed! I've seen them about 6 or 7 times & they were always better live
Hi guys.
Sorry, this was the short version "official music video", not live. The original studio recording actually has a 2nd verse.
Awesome reaction nonetheless.
😊❤️🤘🤘
Always somewhere is my favourite scorpions song. So beautiful.
"Blackout" is a hard rocking song and "Winds of Change" is a power ballad.
Winds of Change.. .my absolute favorite
I've seen the Scorpions in the 80's 90's and 2000's. They still tour and they are still super awesome live. "Rock You Like A Hurricane" is usually their encore song.
Rock You Like a Hurricane is their signature hit and is definitely a rocker.
This the song you want to hear 👍🏼
Have you heard the version live with the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra?? Best version ever!!
The most beutiful love song ever! Klaus's voice is a thomething, like he is made of metal
Bought this album on cassette the day it came out, still have it.
This song just builds and builds to that glorious climax, and the musicianship is impeccable !!! Such a gut wrenching, chill bump inducing, LOVE ❤️ song ,....that brings back so many memories.
My favorite 80s power ballad. Rock on👍👍
Omgosh I freaking love this song.
Agreed. I'll Never Let You Go is amazing
Steal Heart is in my top 5. Sticky Side Up. Is a good one as well IMHO.
😎
Hard, groovy: The Zoo; Hard, great vocals: In Trance; insane guitar-solo: Sails of Charon
that is an oldie ..Uli Jon Roth was a couple of guitar players ago...Uli still performs it.I recommend checking it out on RUclips, he is a great player...and a cool name "Uli Jon Roth"...No relation to David Lee
One of the greatest power ballads of the 80's glam era!! Great reaction guys. Amber was so lost in the sauce she couldn’t even rock out with the Amber sway. Lol
Rob Squad have You reacted to 70s QUEEN And there song from 1977 ,, WE WILL ROCK YOU,,, Its One of the 70s Biggest ROCK ballads EVER
Listen to "We Burn The Sky". My all time Scorpion favorite!
"Big City Nights" and "Rock you like a hurricane" are some good rockers......"Winds of Change" is about the fall of the Berlin Wall and is a great power ballad!
My favorite of theirs. The longer version is better. Great job guys!
Gotta check out Wind of Change, very powerful song
Seriously guys... you really have to do "Winds of Change"!!!! It's their quintessential anthem. As for heavier Scorpions tunes, try "Rock You Like a Hurricane" and "The Zoo". Probably their two most popular heavy songs.
Scorpions are a great live band, even now 50 years after they started
Well, I´m 54 years old right now, as I write this comment, german, and the Scorpions were with me through all of that time! Not really my favourite metal band but still an influence . Klaus Meine is a german treasure.
One of the best European 80's rock bands. "Rock you like a hurricane" was one of their most well known song and much more to their truer hard nature.
Hey J and Amber, Such a Amazing song and band, beautiful power ballad song, love his vocals and the band sound...Their "Rock you like a Hurricane" is a bit more energetic, def harder then the two you have heard...Thanks guys, Blessings
This song really showcases Klaus Meine's voice. Still haven't seen you react to Queensryche:Take Hold of the Flame, live from Tokyo You will be blown away.
For More Scorpions, check out Winds of Change and Rock You Like A Hurricane.
Lead singer is Klaus Meine.
And for more 80's hair metal ballads- Poison's Give Me Something to Believe In or Every Rose Has It's Thorn, and Slaughter's Fly To the Angels.
Both songs rock!
Good Scorpions suggestions and I am totally with you for POISON include "Unskinny Bop, Ball and Chain, Life Loves a Tragedy"
@@danielmarshall3102 Love Unskinny Bop, (Flesh and Blood) Sacrifice is one of my favorites
"Send Me An Angel" is also amazing! You really get to appreciate his voice in that song! They are my favorite "hair metal" band from the 80s.
Yes this power love Ballard's. One of favs
Scorpions are deep dive worthy, so many great albums. Klaus Meine's voice basically sounds identical live.
I had forgotten about "Blackout." That song rocked.
Seeing them 6 times in concert, Klaus Meine sounds as he does on record. His voice is flawless.
Ok You’ve gotta do “Rock You Like A Hurricane” by the Scorpions! Some Headbangin’ for You!!
"Is there a harder side to Scorpions?" does Rock You Like a Hurricane give you any indication?
Dynamite, Now and China White maybe? ;)
They have harder songs way back like now, dynamite. All their stuff is great the best in my opinion.
Blackout
Thank y’all SO MUCH for reacting to this song - IMO, the BEST rock ballad of ALL TIME.
And I think it’s a brilliant comparison of Klaus Meine and Ronnie James Dio. They’re both incredible vocalists!
Thanks again and have a blessed day! 🙂
By far their best song. It´s a once in a life time masterpeace.
I grew up on this stuff, and watching you watch it for the first time is amazing. I feel the magic all over again thru you. Thank you!
Sails of Charon and We'll burn the sky are two massive masterpieces from them.
Hell ya they are
He's been married to the same woman since the 70s. He writes all their love songs about her. She is also their biggest song writer. She travels the road with them each time they gig.
Wow. I have been a fan of theirs since I can remember, but I did not know that! What is her name? She's an AMAZING writer!
@@jamescurfman3284 ahh, no idea. Saw it a Scorpions documentary
What you've heard is the softer side of the Scorpions. Harder songs include: Rock You Like a Hurricane, The Zoo, and Big City nights.
They have a song, Winds of Change, with unparalleled social significance. This song signified the bringing down of the Berlin Wall in1991, freeing millions of people. Some of the live versions of this song show the audience openly weeping! Unmatched power.
As a huge scorpions fan, crazy world is possibly their best song
