When you think of the bodybuilding landscape in the late ‘90s and early 2000s, one name rises above all the rest: Ronnie Coleman. For nearly a decade, “The King” laid waste to his competition, securing a record eight Mr. Olympia titles (tied with Lee Haney) and 26 pro wins during a career that revolutionized the entire sport.
Beyond his performances on the stage, Coleman is also remembered among pure strength athletes as one of the strongest bodybuilders ever.
Ronald Dean Coleman (born May 13, 1964) is an American retired professional bodybuilder. The winner of the Mr. Olympia title for eight consecutive years, he is widely regarded as either the greatest bodybuilder of all time or one of the two greatest along with Arnold Schwarzenegger and as the most dominant bodybuilding physique ever to grace the stage.
Winner of 26 IFBB professional titles, he is also renowned for his combination of size and conditioning, dominant body-parts and extremely heavy workouts, making him the strongest bodybuilder of all time.
For his dominance and legacy in the world of bodybuilding, Coleman was inducted into the International Sports Hall of Fame in 2016 and was bestowed with the 'Arnold Classic Lifetime Achievement Award' in 2021.

Hey this is fantastically done great job. Gotta follow this with Jay cutler one only right. Again fantastic 👏
Thank you! A Jay Cutler one is definitely on my list, one of my favorite stories, will most likely be one of the next 3 videos I have planned.
True flex wheller beat him clean jay cutler and dexter jackson
Dorian!!!

Bro I swear to god, you keep putting out quality documentary's like this, you're going to blow up!
He's already blown 🆙👌 some great work and footage from the steel vault.
Thanks a lot! I really appreciate all of your support 🙏
@Iron.Historian we'll eat this shit up like a swarm of locus on your ripe field of crops
Not to mention the most laid back good natured kind man.
If i owned a gym, there would be footage on King Ronnie on an endless loop on one of the TV'S.
I’d instantly sign up
@@Iron.Historian yeah buddy!
ronnie really changed my perspective on life, “Id rather die a legend than live a long and boring life”, we will never see something like Ronnie ever again
Damn... Ronnie's mother showing her guns.... 👌💪
How can you not love Ronnie and his charisma? He's so lovable
His character is truly one of a kind and it doesn’t take a lot to notice. The “jay cutler is smoking crack” scene always kills me
The man was talking illegal drugs while being a cop. He's a piece of shit.
Have you seen him lately?..
@@Blacks-Destroy-Society I have....it breaks my heart.
Yeeee budday
I was honestly shocked this was your first video. I clicked on your profile to start binge watching bodybuilding documentaries lol
Thank you for watching! Working on some more stuff so stay tuned 😁
Ronnie is such a genuine and good guy. He will remember in BB history forever. A true legend.
I could watch Ronnie footage every single day and it never gets old. YEAH BUDDY!!!
His screams give me an instant pump
Probably the BEST Bodybuilding documentary I've ever seen
Thank you so much 🙏
Anytime i see Ronnie Coleman's video, i feel like lifting crazy weights irregardless of place or time💪🏾💪🏾
It's a good thing for you that Bill Kazmaier didn't put out any tapes of himself working out in the 70's and 80's. That dude LIVED for the purpose of being the strongest man alive.
Great documentary! You did the GOAT justice 💪
we meet again fake natty
This was so well done. I was afraid that you might end it by highlighting his injuries and inability to move around without excruciating pain, but you didn’t, and that’s what really makes this stand out. He’s said publicly so many times that his only regret is not squatting 800lbs more times. He put it all on the line to be the best and the best he WAS and IS. I really hope you make more of these. Personally I’d love to see a deep dive on Lee Preist, Dennis Wolf, Kai Greene and so many more.
Thank you for the feedback. They are in my list as well so I will get to them at one point
Awesome documentary, great editing. Keep 'em coming!
Thank you! Will sure do
Jesus, imaging you get pulled over and Ronnie f*cking Coleman walks up to your window…
Imma plead guilty to whatever
I was in Arlington back in August 23, we went for a night out and were returning back home. Stopped randomly at an I-hop and guess what, Ronnie was there!!!
What an amazing guy, took pictures with us all, offered us pancakes, had a big smile on his face the whole time and Cracked jokes. Humble and amazing human being.
this was an amazing video, good job, you captured every detail about Ronnie Coleman's courier, keep it up
Thank you! 🙏
This is a fantastic video you got here man. Really looking forward to future documentaries, would love to see a video about Jay Cutler in the future
Thank you! A Jay video is definitely on my list.
Ronnie was willing to pay the cost to be The King. The BEST Bodybuilder (and strongest) I've ever seen. At his best NOBODY was ever better. 👑💪🏾💪🏾🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇
his top was the most impressive of all time
Hell of a video. The disrespect that this has 29K views and only 174 subs.
I think you're the goat of documentaries. Keep them coming.
Thank you so much for that ❤️
He was qualified to stand on that Mr Olympia stage without drugs, what a genetic monster
he was on drugs. all of them are on drugs to be on the stage of Mr.Olimpia.
Early in his career, yes
lol if u believe that
@@shred9475 agreed
No he wasn’t
I just started going to the gym in January and I’m getting passionate about the sport and its history. Your content is so so qualitative and exactly what I was looking for. Please keep up the amazing work !

Great videos. Chronological order of everything to the T!!! Love these . Underrated page. Also isn’t it crazy BB shows were on ESPN and FOX back in the day
this was very well made, dope work
Thank you!
Just got to say this is the best bodybuilding documentaries I've ever seen. Keep it up you got my sub no hesitation !
Thank you so much 🙏
These documentaries are another level. Awesome
Thank you!! 🙏
Great video keep them coming
Thank you!
Incredible work! Keep this up. Really love the ending. Like another commentor said, its wonderful you didn't finish with just his injuries, but his accomplishments.
I remember reading somewhere that olympic athletes were asked if they'd be willing to live half their life for an olympic gold metal, and majority said yes. For these people, accomplishment means everything. They're the one's we look to for the embodiment of human greatness.
Thanks a lot for watching!
Subscribed, awesome work dude
Thank you! 🙏
This was really dope i enjoyed this from start to finish 💪🏾.
Thank you for watching! 🙏
Wow! Now that's real bodybuilding! Thanks for the great video. It made me remember why I love the sport!

This is greatness…
Long live The King!
Thanks for watching!
That's some mad quality for a first video 💪🏽
Thank you! 🙏
I can confidently say this is the first time I've ever physically clapped my hands after a video!! 👏🔥
Wow thank you so much 🙏
Ronnie was doing cable row warm-ups with 400 pounds. What an incredible athlete.
🥜
Props to Flex Wheeler for not gatekeeping the pro steroid cycle
Roid or Natty. ALL them pro bodybuilders are genetically blessed. Plus GOAT remains Arnie. Not for physique, rois or not, but what he did to the sport. He contributed much more than just winning titles. He changed the sport so that BB got paid
Arnold's the most prolific personality from bodybuilding, but definitely not the GOAT. He was the GOAT in 1975 and that's where it ended. A great American story, which he betrayed during the initial months of the covid plandemic, where he in graciously betrayed the nation of his opportunities by exclaiming: "SCREW YOUR FREEDOM!"
What a fukking D'bag.
Just subbed today after watching your latest post. Now going back to watch the rest of your videos. Awesome channel and really great editing. I got your message and you're welcome.
Great video
Thank you!
This so far is the best Ronnie Coleman’s documentary
Thank you 🙏
Just noticed how many views you have on the 3 contents you've put up WOW your obviously doing something right bang on
Wouldn’t be possible without y’all watching! 🙏
Look at his mothers arms who is probably in her mid to late 50s this is why ibelieve he was natty for the 1st couple of years on the Olympia stage
Awesome, keep it up
Thank you 🙏
Subscribed! You made amazing job! Thank you for not concentrating on his injures. Wery heartwarming documentary, it complements Ronnie's character a lot.
You can't be mad at Lee Priest for beating Coleman that year, he had perfect symmetry and carried heavy muscle mass but was lean as a knife 😊
amazing documentary. I'd love to see one about uncrowned ones, likes of Levrone, Schlierkampf, Wheeler etc.
Thank you! Levrone and Wheeler are high up on my list so I should be covering them soon enough.
@@Iron.Historian thats good to know. Can't wait!
Incredible competitor and an amazing personality, it's so sad to see how much he's suffering now though 😢
Need more of these plz . Dorrian yates next.
A Dorian video is coming soon, stay tuned for that one.
Superb video. New sub👍🏻
Thank you!
great video
Thank you!🙏
Wow this was done by a professional subbed
Thanks a lot for the support! 🙏
To you whoever you are that owns this channel 💞🙏 I would like to truly thank you so very much for the footage in which you have aired many many times over the years in regards ❤ to my goat Ronnie Coleman 😁😁 thank you😢
Thank you for watching 🙏
@@Iron.Historian from Denise Fields 🌺 hello and Hi how are you iron historian I am doing just really great I would like to thank you so very much for the comment that you sent my way in regards to Ronnie Coleman 💖 yes Ronnie will always be my goat because after all I will always be his baby's mama thank you so very much and have a wonderful blessed day and God bless you 🙏💞
Sick documentary style
Thank you!
Loved the ending 🎉😢
Thank you! 🙏
Great work! Genetically Kevin & flex are #1. Tied.
Thank you! Really looking forward to making a video on Kevin as well, such an inspirational story.
I've got an unenviable attention span. It is odd that this documentary captured my imagination for 35 odd minutes. Thank you for uploading this.
Thank you so much for taking the time to watch the whole thing 🙏
This is underrated
Nobody actually believes he was natural when he said, his progress was pretty consistent with roid use, 10-15lbs of muscle a year
No, most people in the sport do believe him. He’s not the only person to turn pro as a natural. But from the period where he said, he started using he put on almost 100 pounds. It would make sense that that kind of growth came from adding compounds.
And if you look at a lot of top guys like Nick Walker and Shaun Clarida today, that’s about the amount they put on from their start
Did you see the size of his mom’s arms?
Um no.... most ppl don't belive he was natty, they can't fathom that even someone with that type of genetics/ work ethic could look like that, he lit. BlEW UP when he started taking gear. It was obvious he was natty. And there are other ppl out there with crazy genes that are natty to...
Ronnie had alien genes, but I've even seen it first hand ppl with top tier genes. That look better then ppl running big cycles and think they look good
Just because you're a Lackey that needs 💉steroids to make gains you should speak for yourself, tired of you bozos coming in talking about you can't make gains without your girlfriends tren and anavar.
Great Dokumentary . Greetings from 🇩🇪
Thank you! 🙏
Props to Ronnie, amazing. Gunther was really impressive....
That smile though
Cutler was such a class.
goat video of ronnie
Thank you!
Y’all better put some RESPECT on Lee Haney’s name, son…….REAL TALK.
Lee Haney is the goat to me

Fantastic series. Only 3 so far! Please do Cutler!
Thank you! Jay is up next actually 😁
How? Superb genes for musclebuilding and a 'till the wheels fall off' work ethic in the gym.
And a lot of BBQ sauce apparently
