Try holding the side of the right earphone, i just discovered that it has its own volume setting.
Unless you hold it right side, even if the phone is in "full" volume, it will sound quiet.
Basically, hold the right side of your Bluetooth earphone, hold until you hear a click or difference in volume.

The first time I use them was mowing the yard on my zero turn mower. I put them in and almost immediately could tell the noise cancellation kicked in because it almost like the lawnmower was not running. I continued my hour and a half of mowing listening to an audiobook that I clearly understood without any background noise. this is just one of the many benefits including the extreme bass compared to the AirPods. Hands-down I would buy these every year over the AirPods.

There might be ear wax on the buds. So use a sharp needle to clean the whole and surroundings area. If you don't want to use a sharp needle dip the ear birds where wax may be hidden for a few minutes (if water proof) and it will be cleaned.

Guys, try check your bluetooth advance settings, mine got option 'Media volume sync' untick, when I tick that it fix my problem 😊
