The "G" in the lyrics is obviously meant to be G-force, and the lines; "toward an even greater "G"! My consciousness melts away, As my body becomes inoperable" is meant to be due to the effects of g-force on the body, or the "'climax" of the desire itself. This is also reinforced by the ending of the song, where she says that no matter how much she's destroyed by her desires, her desires are what makes her, herself.
