    You're not lying when you say those fish are beautiful. They truly are. Great video. Are you a guide? If not, you need to be!

    That's hands down the best looking lake trout I've ever seen. Really looks like a Dolly Varden.

    LOL thanks for busting the spot behind my condo.
    White tube jig, with the line crazy glued to the back of the eye. Spirals on the drop. Spring & Fall candy.

    Just before you mentioned JOSH I had just been thinking about the last time he came up and fished with you, it was freezing. Should get him up while the weather is still good and the big guys are still around, that would be a treat seeing you two hammer them

      Yes it’s always awesome fishing with Josh, hopefully I get to fish with him in a few weeks when I head to Florida

    I lived in Milwaukee for 3 years and I freaking love that City it truly is a great City by A Great Lake.
    I left about a year and a half ago and I never got the chance to go fishing for these Lake Trout, I heard they got huge.

    I went down there and casted cranks last weekend and caught nothing. Then again, I was only able to fish for one hour... Wish I had some more time to cast around.

    Cool vid, thanks! Are these aggression strikes cause you're putting it in their face with your fancy technology? Would crank baits behind boards with longer leads be productive (like I do in the spring)?

    • @wibigfishcom
      @wibigfishcom  3 года назад +1

      They work just as good trolling trust me it’s my go to bait in spring and all winter.

    Does anyone know the diving depth of these square bills? I was using 3-5' and had no luck. Doesnt seem deep enough.

    • @wibigfishcom
      @wibigfishcom  3 года назад +1

      On a normal far cast my bait goes down 8 feet they dive deeper than you think

      I am one on of the few guys that you see on that wall by the Amphitheater regularly, usually getting skunked but never losing hope. Thanks for the advice!
