Do you think the week leading up to your attempt might have caused the bicep issue? I know long distance runners peak their mileage about 2-3 weeks before a race and then begin to taper and I wonder if the same strategy would work with your pull-ups.
Possibly, obviously there’s no blueprint that I could follow with the stuff so I just had to do what I thought was best so I think definitely more rest could’ve helped and a bit more volume training. I’ll be training up again for it while powerlifting so as the bicep heals I’ll fix the things for the next attempt
