Thanks for all the updates in the community Robert! We started looking at moving closer to family in Lakewood Ranch but the prices were quite high in the immediate area. Stumbled upon your videos through the RUclips algorithm and loved the community vibe so we toured it. Needless to say we loved it and the future roadmap of the community and are now moving in next week.
