I agree with you on Swaps. Too often, I've been disappointed. I've made a big effort which wasn't reciprocated. Glad to say that the Dodgy Bag swap worked out well for me, but it's a shame when people sign up and don't follow through.
I'm so glad the swap worked out well for you. It was meant to be a fun thing to do so it was very disappointing to find out some did not have a good experience. We will work to see what we can do to have a better outcome next time. cheers!

As one of the unfortunate people that didn’t get a bag in the swap I definitely think a donation to charity would be a great idea
I enjoyed every other aspect of the MAL but it was disappointing that my enthusiasm wasn’t matched, but that’s life I guess and I learnt a new skill so I’m taking the positives where I can
