Vega's themes always kick ass. My favorite one of his is probably from the console version of Street Fighter The Movie: The Game. Say what you want about that game's shitty graphics, but the music in that game is FIRE.
Sadly, the SF EX ost is owned by Arika (who developed and co-owns SF EX with Capcom). So only if Arika gives Capcom permission, or they work together on a SFEX4, can Capcom use the music and EX characters from the spin off.
Aria Music team had a great band ya see... Awesome job. Such a shame that Capcom uses eletronic music that suits better with a cartoon made for childs than a fighting game nowadays.
