this is a fool proof qorma recipe. i tried it today and it turned out amazing. it is similar to how we make it in our family with one small difference i.e. the ground masala and ground almonds, which gave it that authentic qorma flavor. Absolutely loved it.

I have tried this recipe once, came together easily. And very tasty. Trying again today, if the result is consistent then this will be forever my korma recipe.
So this is my go to korma recipe. The only gripe I have is with the quantity of onions. I would really appreciate agar aap pyaz ki quantity grams main Bata dain.
I highly recommend this recipe. However I would make two changes: 1) add one more onion and make it 4 instead of three, and add 3 cups of yogurt instead of two. This will make sure the korma has more gravy. Also, add about half a cup of HOT water if you still feel the gravy isn't enough. 2) I would add 2-2.5 Tbsps of red chilli. Moreover for colour I would add kashmiri Laal mirch powder/paprika for colour.
