    Very good beginning class. It will most likely help loosen up my 76-year-old arthritic wrists. (I'll check w/ my doctor, first, though.) Thanks for the motivation.

    How do you improve your reflexes and reaction time if you need to defend yourself you need to have good reflexes..so...
    And how do you take damage without hurting...

      When it Begins to hurt, acknowledge you forgot to tighten up. Right now tighten up your BUTT & stomach BELLY BUTTON so tight you feel it to your tongue on the roof of your mouth. Walk around do it feel it. It's like running. You have to practice this while practicing a work out!!!!!!!!! Or relaxing watching TV or while listening to a compliment. You won't feel much pain & unknown power/speed comes from gluts & BELLY BUTTON engaged together
      Therefore: Tighten UP, switch ON, Fight for your life!!!!!! OR Think your way out of any problem. Break it down and work at it while tighten up. It's unknown power like USMC
