If it’s the one I’m thinking of, the series was discontinued after the first issue and the story doesn’t conclude. It didn’t strike me as required reading.
@@comicbelief you don't find the last comic he drew to be worthy of inclusion? Ok it's your video I just thought it was kind of odd. I really wish he'd draw some more. I mean, there were 5 issues of lowlife over a span I think about six years. No one will accuse him of being prolific eh? Not trying to be a pain just a fan of his artwork and it seems detour gained a new relevance with the pandemic, the way people were wearing masks everywhere and what not. Anyway cool video thanks.
@@dmize2839 You make a valid point. I never gave much thought to his artwork, to be honest. He’s one of my favorite writers, but a lot of writers begin their careers doing their own art… Alan Moore and Grant Morrison come to mind… before they shift focus to writing. Now I’m going to have to go back to those early works and reassess. Which is always fun.

Also, wasn't an accidental death originally presented across three issues of dark horse presents?
True. At that time, I wasn’t including the information in the videos, unfortunately. It would have been useful.

"Sleeper" is the best work of Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips. I love the art, the characters. They should bring this back!
