I have designed the part as per your video clip and instruction but the dimension in my drawing is seen buttom side of the part and your dimensions are seen on the upper side of the part, pls suggest what went wrong pls guide

What kind of mechanical tool is that?
your tutorial is done over the Model, but that procedure does not work over the Layout, can you please a tutorial for dimensioning in Layout?
