Barella Bairre unique yes. but she is unable to connect her lines and lacks breath control. this is why she always sounds breathless while singing. now this wouldn't matter since 2ne1's music is all electric and pop. but everytime she covers an R&B song or whenever 2ne1 does a ballad, like this song, this is where her bad singing technique shows :/ one of the good things about yg is that they allow their artists to be creative, but don't train them vocally. this is why most of yg artists...can't really...sing well. except for taeyang, daesung, and minzy. but then again they lack vocal training when it comes to sm and jyp. I really like Bom, but if she keeps singing the way she does it can ruin her voice :(

Because they transported the whole MAMA to the world of emotions their songs are holding.everybody was pumped for the party but became melancholic and sad when 2NE1 performed.. XD they once again proved how the best they are at live perfs.. XD
My exact thoughts ! You can see in the facial expressions all of the other kpop idols had. They were calm, but they felt the emotion that 2NE1 was giving. I think that's the power of YG ARTISTS. Even if it's music that makes you dance, you can feel the energy from the performance, and yet they can still affect your emotions with good slow ballads. This is why I love YG ARTISTS so much, they truly get to you. I LOVE every other kpop artists, and trust me I'm not just a YG STAN or a BLACKJACK (even though I mostly am), I still like to consider myself just a KPOP lover.

morel dei I think it's because of the MIC & the back track they're receiving through their headphones. While I was watching their performance, and other artists' performances I noticed they were picking at their headphones. MAMA tends to have VERY crappy, poor quality headphones/microphones for the artists. I wish they could get it fixed. If you notice, she constantly tried to fix her headphones, and was trying to keep up with the music.
I don't get tired watching ALL their performances. They never let us down Blackjacks, even with a simple concept of the stage, they will always SHINE:)

It's always the same, you should focus on staning 2N1 harder instead of bringing BP down just because they are more successful. 2NE1 now has solo activities and some even flop due to fans being more focussed on throwing shade towards BP rather than supporting 2NE1.
If Ailee is the top vocalist of Kpop then 2ne1 is a close second or third. Just my opinion of course m.

Twice is quite popular but far too childish to reach the global success BP has, plus having too many members doesn’t work outside Korea or Japan. Red Velvet is also really popular but some of their concepts wouldn’t be a hit in the occidental industry.
Blackpink are more westernized, which gives them an advantage and they have both looks and talents which also helps them.

Bom's outfit is just beautiful. That yellow jacket, wow *_____*. After Missing You m/v, I think Bom became my bias in 2NE1. For a long time it was CL, then for about year now it's been Dara, but Bom totally captivated me in the m/v. They were all so beautiful and elegant, but something about the look in Bom's eyes...I don't know, suddenly I feel so protective of her somehow???? Maybe I'll bias Park Sisters haha.
Shi ka. Just because CL had one little crack in the chorus did not mean that did she did bad in her performance, you try singing as much as CL has and still keep the same steady voice.

this is one of the many powerful performances of 2NE1. Why? Because they transported the whole MAMA to the world of emotions their songs are holding.everybody was pumped for the party but became melancholic and sad when 2NE1 performed.. XD

My exact thoughts ! You can see in the facial expressions all of the other kpop idols had. They were calm, but they felt the emotion that 2NE1 was giving. I think that's the power of YG ARTISTS. Even if it's music that makes you dance, you can feel the energy from the performance, and yet they can still affect your emotions with good slow ballads. This is why I love YG ARTISTS so much, they truly get to you. I LOVE every other kpop artists, and trust me I'm not just a YG STAN or a BLACKJACK (even though I mostly am), I still like to consider myself just a KPOP lover.

Lucy Lyn i believe majority of the disappointments is because they didn't do well (especially CL's voice crack) with their live, not because they performed a sad song. Really, this is one of 2NE1's perf that should be locked in a volt and be forgotten because it was well....somewhat horrible.
morel dei I think it's because of the MIC & the back track they're receiving through their headphones. While I was watching their performance, and other artists' performances I noticed they were picking at their headphones. MAMA tends to have VERY crappy, poor quality headphones/microphones for the artists. I wish they could get it fixed. If you notice, she constantly tried to fix her headphones, and was trying to keep up with the music.

I admire my 2NE1! Eventhough their decision to perform on MAMA was a rush and CL was a bit off because maybe they had not enough time to practice, they still sing live! That is an artist right there, not afraid to sing live and not afraid to commit mistakes because they know that once an artist lip syncs, its like cheating! I also admire CEO YG because ever since, he doesnt allow his artist to lip sync! Bravo 2NE1 =)
