Ingredients:
Half of 1 pack, firm tofu, drained and cubed
1/2 ln beef, thinly sliced and cut into strips
Green onions, white and green part separated
6 cloves garlic, chopped
thumb-size ginger, thin strips
1/2 cup beef or chicken broth
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp white ground pepper
3 tbsp cooking oil
sesame seeds for toppings

Yummy❤ tamang tama may 3 weeks na kong may stock ng tofu sa ref.lagay lng dw sa mainit..kaya lng waley pa kong beef haha..i like ur cup na may measuring na.

Wow madali lang, minsan magbeef ok lang, kc mga kids ayaw talaga ng karne kc tagal daw manguya para daw bubble gum, kya napapakain ko lang sila beef tapa kc malambot talaga 😊

make sure ganito an ggamitin mo ang malambot at sobrang nipis ang meat. also ang beef kapag overcooked nagiging gummy ang texture.
