I usually travel solo, thank goodness! But, if i do travel in group, i am usually the "stay in hotel/room" kind. Like, i went on a cruise with 2 girl friends and they wanted to explore around the cruise. All i did was hide on the bed and went to sleep 😂 But definitely, funny stories about my travel companions. My cousins are the "cheapskate" type though. It was a group trip to Japan. And I went shopping before going back to the hotel room that i was staying with my cousins. They literally swept all the amenities into their bag and i remember yelling at them, saying that I hadnt use a single amenity and I needed to use. Then, my parents are the "early risers". They wake up so early, and I'm usually like "but its only 8am and I'm still sleeping!" But they will retort back that its time to go out to do this, do that. 🤦♀️
I travel solo too and sleeping in is part of the experience. the good thing about traveling solo is no one can force their opinion on you to do this and that ( and to top it off, not having the awareness that they are being disrespectful 😬 )
