If she goes to bed at 2:45 and doesn't get up until 1:00 pm, how isbshe getting her 12 yr old up for school? Or does her older daughter do it? Her making excuses for lying to her kids is ridiculous. And not leaving the house? If he can call her internationally, then he can call back. And if something happens at the prison she's not going to be able to talk to him anyway because they'll be on lockdown and if something happens to him, someone from the prison will get hold of her. It's ridiculous to stop living for anyone. Its not healthy and if he really loves her, he would be telling her to get out if the house and live. She's crazy. One of rhese stories, the woman got married to the inmate and then he was killed. This whole situation is just bizarre as hell.
So, she goes home and devotes her life to helping with Jodie's case. How are her kids coming first again? Make it make sense!
Ok. So toward the end she says he does encourage her to go out. So I guess meeting in person made them more sure of each other? I just don't understand why you would do this to yourself. It has to be torture. Unless it's easier for these women to stay with these men because they feel like they're less likely to leave them tham someone who lives with them every day and really, truly sees the bad with the good?

My point was, since I am pretty sure you deliberately misunderstood that one particular part of my comment, that it's irresponsible parenting to be that uninvolved in a 12 year old's life. You're obviously young and I doubt very seriously you have ever raised teenagers because a parent would understand exactly where I was going with that part of the comment.
And btw...a 12 yr old is NOT even close to being a young adult. She's still a preteen and needs adult interaction, most especially with her parent/ parents, in aspects of her day. Young adults are generally 17-18+. In spite of your uncalled for venom, a 12 yr old is nowhere near a young adult. And if you know that many people that treat you like you're an underage infant , maybe you should be asking yourself why instead of getting so mad. Questioning why a CHILD of 12 isn't being supervised by her mother because she's too busy sleeping on her death row boyfriend's schedule instead of her child's, who she claims is her main concern in life, isn't insulting anyone's intelligence. Another question. How in the hell does she afford all these phone calls and the travel expenses if she doesn't work? I hope her child support or spousal support isn't paying for that. Or public assistance either. I'd really, really like to know how she's able to do this.
Unlimited calls at no extra cost between Europe and the US are not uncommon these days.

Inmates Where I Live Can Have An Unlimited Amount Of Pen Pals And They Work That Angle Hard, As Each Pen Pal Sends Them MONEY !
Inmates Can Also Have Up To A Certain # Of People Who They Can Call If The Recipient Sets Up An Account And PAYS For It.
It’s Just Really All About The MONEY ! They Will Be Interested In You Because You Are Paying Them Attention, AND Sending Them 💵💰 💵 !

I do think they love one another, whether we agree with their situation or not. When all is said and done, maybe she feels safer with an unavailable (!) man. If he was released tomorrow I’m not sure she’d be comfortable and would have to deal with the real man and the complications that come with being with him bring. This situation means she has control over how much she gives and takes in the relationship, ie phonecalls, letters. If he were free, he may well prefer to get on with his own life, say to her, ‘it was so lovely, you were there for me’. Goodbye. And walk into the sunset on his own.

As regards working, and looking after her daughter ( one is in her 20s anyway), we don’t know how things work in reality. The programme is sensationalist. I suspect she looks after her children but it is a truly unconventional relationship. She either has to hide it or share it. Eventually she has come to the latter. Wonder if she’s still with him?

I feel sorry that Jody lost his twins and was abused as a child, however, that does not give him the right to take a human life. He is exactly where he deserves to be for the rest of his life or until his execution takes place. This lady said she doesn’t believe in an eye for an eye and no one should be able to make a decision on executing someone, yet, that’s what Jody did. It’s not even an eye for an eye.
