- I have conquered the Edge Walk and left the fear on the ground by walking the circumference of the CN Tower at the height of a 356 meters above Toronto- the highest hands-free external walk in the world!

I went edgewalking at the CN Tower when I was 15 years old. I was scared at first but I'm glad I get to see Toronto from the CN Tower.

I have acrophobia and I get all the symptoms when I'm near an edge, can't even watch the videos.

Watch this video over and over eventually you'll be able to do it. It's a psychological thing, kind of like aversion therapy. Continuous exposure to things that scare us is healing in a way.

naw screw that. There would have to be 4 different steel attachments to the actual building where if i broke for some reason there are 3 other separate ones. Then i would have to have a parachute as the last resort. And Then i could enjoy the view
