Emps and the Electrostatic field thing together are the best pursuit tech in my opinion If u ho into a repair it refreshes ur pursuit tech to max amount And also emp us like a stun gun and to use electrostatic field u can make someone hit u to do extreme damage or hut them with the field on for insane damage also
