    Of all the lost fortunes, none more tragic than the fortunes lost in search of lost treasure.

      Kind of reminds me of war. The U.S. spends fortunes and put future generations in debt to go to war for a prize they think they can get but never quite get it. But a few get rich from mass military spending while the rest of tax payers pay the cost.

    Of all the stories of gold that was stolen and lost this is one of those that kind of make sense and just knowing that the cowboy from tombstone was involved in stagecoaches robbery just a couple of months later they would be killed in tombstone at the ok corral I don’t believe a lot of them stories about lost gold but this one definitely caught my attention 😮
