yo rampage just a suggestion, you should bring a sound engineer guy to help you out with some room treatment for the acoustics of the room. it's simple and the difference in the audio quality will be night and day

Yo.. love your podcast… love the content… huge fan Rampage. Wanna give you a tip… tell your camera guy to try recording in 24fps or even 30fps to get a better look. Also get some sound treatment and a better light source. Hit me up if you have questions. Anyways… huge fan. Love the podcast.

TJ's and Dominick Cruz's styles are the best I've seen in fighting. When they're on firem the footwork is beautiful

I know people give TJ shit but Urijah was 100% wrong to draw a line in the sand and tell him he either trains with them exclusively or not at all.
Like wtf would you not want the pound for pound best (at the time) training at your gym even if its only half the time?

People thinking that TJs success was due to PED use are just too dumb to see how clean and efficient he was as a martial artist, and have probably never trained in anything anyways.
He fought and beat Sandhagen the #1 contender after being gone for years, 36 years old, blew out his knee in the first, blinded by a reopened headbutt induced cut in the second... AND STILL WON.
And people still talk shit lol. Can't teach stupid.
