生活節奏、市區跟郊區距離、人的密集度
都覺得剛剛好，好舒服
你應該來臺很久吧!臺北的步調...香港應該會嫌慢吧。
臺中的步調....應該像Y島吧!呵呵呵....別介意，只是個人感受。

徐欽煌 我是工作需要經常兩邊走，我個人比較下來是台北太商業化，而台中 就算知道起來之後要工作 也有一種在渡假的感覺！工作完騎車去郊區走走再回去，爽！感覺很個人，每人觀點不一樣，沒有什麼介不介意的哈哈(感覺到年紀了我這話XD）
難民越來越多
我是高雄人，當初選擇工作跟考大學唸書的地方時.....也是以台中為首選。 生活步調跟一些消費水準甚至美食風格都跟南部有點連結（在台中吃得到一些古早味的傳統美食）甚至也選擇在台中結婚生子😆🙂 台中的好處是到山區還是海邊都不會太遠，很棒

台北太濕高雄太熱
而且颱風你就知道台中多得天獨厚了
高雄是熱，但相對地冬天就短而且不冷，台北就真的冬冷夏悶熱。
以前的照片實在是帥到不行！
爬玉山的事還是請你量力而為啦。很開心你一直記得這個承諾。但是，爬山這事還是要有好的體力和良好的規畫的。不是一般人說想爬就可以去爬的。雖然你說已有在計畫了，但還是要小心，真的不必勉強。大家訂閱你的頻道是因為喜歡你的頻道，而不是因為你承諾要去爬玉山才訂閱你的。
有團隊一起去，應該不是大問題。
I lived three years in Taichung. Now I’ve been living five years in New Taipei’s Tamsui district. New building with pool and gym and multi level parking lot. It’s very affordable and I’m straight next to 紅樹林 metro station. Views to the river and the Yanmingshan mountain.
I can go out of the parking lot and when with scooter I turn left and ride on the edge of the mountain to the Yuanshan or turn left with the car and take a scenic drive along the river to the center. When I get tipsy in the bar, I ride ubike back home which takes me 1 hour…
When it’s holiday I go to the beach or to Keelung or when the weather gets cold and rainy I’ll go sit in the warm hot springs up on the mountain.
Honestly, I never really look back coz Taichung doesn’t really have the same level of diversity, nature, infrastructure, convenience and fun. Plus I find Taichung more expensive than Taipei.
Here in Taipei I can always go have a 90nt happy hour cold beer and if I pay a little extra I can sit on brand new rooftop next to 101 and enjoy the sunset.
Taichung issue for me was the boredom. I still go there coz my wife’s parents live there but we do get to arguments with them for not waiting to go there more often. (They even bought us beautiful new apartment there😱).
I don’t think we will ever move back coz as a foreigner, it’s quite a lot more fun here and after riding and driving around the island for tens of times and visiting islands and things… Tamsui, Xinyi district aka. 101’s area, and XiaoLiuJiu island are the most desirable living locations for me.
But you do have to try to realize. I was in Taichung for a long time too and I’ve lived about half a year also in central Kaoshiung. Both cities are nice, but Taipei is where my heart belongs.
Oh and btw, both in Taichung and Kaoshiung, I was living in the most desirable new central neighborhoods. In Taichung I was just next to the maple valley park. Very nice place but for fun, not so much to do… 18TC, Showhouse, sometimes La Botega(until I got into trouble and was never allowed back in). I had a lot of fun studying Chinese in Fengjia University though. Their Chinese Language Center is really the best I’ve been so far and I’ve been studying Chinese in 3 different universities in Taichung.
I want to recommend you to check out the 紅樹林area in Tamsui district. New towers with all the facilities and for very reasonable price. It’s hard to find the same level of luxury in Taichung for anywhere near as cheaply because… in Taichung, you don’t want to move to other districts cos there’s not many express roads to fast with the car, there’s no trees to cover you from burning sun when riding scooter and there not very good public transportation to get to the center. Also there’s no traffic light free and scenic, quiet bicycle ways to ride back home when you get tipsy in the bar or a club with your mates.
Give it a thought, we have very nice foreign community here. Hipsters, business boys, teachers, etc… all they have fun scenic places on the edge of the mountain to catch up and crab a beer. And many different stories to hear and to add your own. A lot more diversity really… and that’s only Tamsui district that I’m talking about. Good place.
Wanna see your friends from Yonghe? Give them a phone call and you will be having good time within 30-40 minutes. Air conditioned affordable metro. And you can always pick the prettiest girl to sit next to.
If I didn't love Kaohsiung so much, I'd definitely consider moving to Taichung. Actually, I lived there for a year in 2009.... not a lot of people know that :) No MRT back then, though.

我大學跟研究所也都在台中，一住就是七年，真的覺得台中市很方便的地方，去南北都很方便。
研究所四年後，我一度考上位在家鄉高雄的研究所，然而同時也錄取台中的研究所，當時還是很猶豫要不要回到高雄，最後還是選擇在台中完成課業。
台中市個可愛的地方，只要你住在台中一段時間後，你將會依戀她，雖然她還有一些不夠完美。我從壅擠又緊張的台北出生地搬離到台中已經30年了，仍然很快樂自在的生活在台中。
台中是個好地方啊。位置處於台灣的中間，到那都很方便。重點颱風來時… 別的地方大風大雨的，台中大都是小雨XD
Saly 2020 說得對，記得以前有幾次胡市長放颱風假的時候都風和日麗，雖然覺得是小確幸但有點不好意思😂

台中天氣真的很好，下雨天比台北少太多了，學生時期從下雨的台北回台中，幾乎每次台中都是天氣晴讓我更喜歡台中了!!
There's a phrase in Taiwanese called "起家厝", which means the first house for a later on thriving family. This house usually are not for sell even for great amount of profit, cuz people just don't like to jinx it. Maybe you have the same feeling about Taichung.

相較於台灣其他地區，我喜歡台北最主要還是它比較多雨，到陽明山超快，且有很大的河流，腳踏車道河濱公園內就可穿梭整個大台北地區，總而言之我是個愛『水』的人。台中很棒，只是真的『總是好天氣』會讓我感到不適應！山區倒是令人魂牽夢縈。我在台北市出生長大，雖然從小也因各種原因住在其他城市，就像你想念台中這樣，會ㄧ直心念台北。這應該是一種能量與靈魂的連結到那塊可以滋養我們身心靈的土地。不論我們離開去了哪裡，那塊土地都會在我們需要時召喚我們的「回家」調養生息。

Allen's Prozzie style is better than Prozzie's. The scene is much colorful and bright, voice is much clear, all the small detail make viewing more pleasant and less pressure. I like both you guys.

台中的天氣真的超好，很多台北人以為台中比台北熱，大錯特錯，台北夏天真的比台中熱到爆，在台北第一次感受到什麼叫熱到快融化的感覺，我在台中其實很少開冷氣，但是在台北天天開。台北的冬天也比台中冷，而且台中的雨天也少很多很多，連颱風天也經常放晴或只是下下雨而已，還有台中的交通真的好很多，在台北騎車我會很害怕，車子完全不會讓人，公車要突然轉出來沒在管你的，感覺大家都在搶車道，跟幾個外縣市來台北的朋友聊過大家都是這種感覺。撇開工作機會不談的話，要講最適合居住的地方我會選台中，雖然捷運還沒蓋好，但是搭公車十公里免費啊，真的省了我很多交通費。

我在台北出生，在台中長大，成長過程中的20年都在台中，很棒的是台中的氣候本來就宜適宜居，近期城市發展中跟以前比起來又更便利了，小時候從台中上台北時是冒險是炫耀，但現在台北對我來說是擁擠的日常，當人們擠在一起的時候心情也會跟著熱伴隨著壓力與焦慮
看到Allen用這種輕鬆寫意的方式跟大家聊天，感覺很新鮮也很放鬆，偶而來一次感覺不錯，看到生活化的Allen感覺很特別。
Allan 已經成為台中這塊土地的一份子了 ! 我兒子也是 ! 😅

U did a great job man. As a taiwanese, I'm glad you contribute what you have to my country. Other than that, as a expat, I luv u'r real about why foreigner choose to live in TW or whatever place that is outside of his country is mainly because of the opportunities that is has afforded me that my born country would have done.

1. 台中天氣很好
2. 什麼都有，舉凡：夜市、百貨、郊區
3. 不會太擁擠，台北就是太擁擠了我不喜歡
身邊的人待過台中都很喜歡台中的環境
可惜都是因為工作或房租壓力選擇不留在台中 :(

I think you spread about positive energy..this is not about what your vlog is talking about..In your manner I would feel you really enjoying live in Taichung..we'are glad that you live in Taiwan like your hometown. I lived in SinShe Taichung when my childhood. so your vedio have a familiar feeling to me.

Totally agree with you. I feel homesick and unease every time I left Taichung to work or study in other cities. I once tried Taipei got a job there part of the reason was the pay was a bit higher but it didn't work out for me I just don't like fast paced, crowded and competitive pressure. I especially remember It was winter time, the cold and wet weather made me very ill so after two months I decided moving back to Taichung even that means I have to accept lower salary but It is fine at least I was happier. I now settle in Western Australia for 7 years and the weather here is perfectly reminding me of my hometown.

I love Taichung, too. Taipei is too big and crowded for me to feel comfortable. I'm glad I moved from the US to Taichung in 2008 and have never thought about leaving.

我以前住過嘉義、臺中、臺北。
臺灣是越往南部，生活費越便宜。但是工作機會卻是越北部的大都市越多。
很多人需要去臺北，真的就是因為在中南部找不到合適的工作啦，所以如果你能在中南部，找到適合的工作，這樣住中南部其實很不錯。
臺中是臺灣天氣最好的地區，而且有中部的高山阻擋，往往是颱風災害最小的地方，而且要往南往北旅遊，都方便啊！
缺點只是，現在交通不像臺北高雄那麼方便而已。
我出生在台中，即使因為不可避免的因素還是離開得台中。但依舊很懷念也很希望以後還是回到台中好～～不想再離開了。☺️歡迎永久居住台中啊～～台中真的很好～就如您感受到💪

I was born and raised in Taichung until went to Taipei for the university. Now I live in Kaohsiung and work in Tainan for few years already. But Taichung is still the city I like the most. Cheers mate. Wish you have a great weather on Mount Jade.
住台中真的很棒 但要有機車及汽車會方便些 天熱時 開車往雪山也不過才一、二個小時不到 瞬間降温的感覺 就是讚 當然這只是其中之一的樂趣 還有好多的方便 這座城市含蓋山海屯及市區 交通便利 風景各異 是真的難以離開啊

老家在雲林，大學在台北唸書 ，畢業後因為工作和回家方便而選擇台中，結果一住就離不開了。台北哪裡都方便，但有時候會覺得有一點孤獨和陌生，台中給我一種恣意生活的感覺，騎著機車想去哪就去哪，不用煩惱人潮與停車位，每一條街每一位老闆都很熟悉，這種剛剛好的大小和機能讓我生活得很舒服。
在台中做好多以前大學早該做的事：夜衝藍色公路望高寮看夜景、月老廟看星星、騎機車上清境，還有計劃要衝武嶺，有太多太多回憶在台中了，真的是一個好地方。

身為土生土長台中人，很能理解Allan說的焦慮感，每當有兩天以上的旅行，出發第一天是開心興奮的，但通常第一天當晚，我就會開始懷念台中，想念家裡的床，到台北玩這感覺尤其明顯，或許是台中恰到好處的生活步調與空間舒適感，和台北形成了強烈的對比，導致我們適應不良，所以很明顯的我們都被台中慣壞了，只要到其他地方有一點點和台中不一樣，馬上就感到不太舒服想回家😂😂😂
You are right about the cost is so much reasonable in Taichung compare to Taipei, especially when you driving, so much easier to find parking space. And I think weather is the best in west coast.

I got to TC when I was 16. Then felt in love with TC right after that. I've been living here for almost 30 years. TC is still the number one city for living.
The weather is perfect, the living price is just right. Everything is in the middle place if u compare those to other cities in TW. Especially when typhoon's coming, it usually causes the lowest damage here. I love TC ❤

我住台中，台中是台灣地理中心很棒的，南來北往各一半距哩，城市機能很好，汽車旅館和超商都很大，氣候好，歡迎艾倫常住。我歐吉尚了，還是喜歡看艾倫的頻道~
Good weather. I lived in Taichung for about 10 years and move to Taipei now. Taipei rain a lot, but Taichung doesn't.
畢業後的第一份工作就是跑到台中，之後就不想在往北了😂那一年的智慧型手機還不普及，迷路問了路邊的阿北，真的是非常熱情可愛，台中人親切100。

@LIFEINTAIWAN 我是一個在台北讀書的台中人，我想台北和台中最大的不同在於生活步調，台北市一個大都市，生活的步調很快生活節奏很快，在路上大家的腳步走得很快，路上的機車車子騎的很快大家都很忙，相對的台中的生活步調較為緩慢，路上的車子都很禮讓，沒有那種按喇催促別人快點的人，路上的人也都比較悠閒，整個城市給你的氣氛不是繁忙的而是悠閒的輕鬆地感覺

那時在台的 youtuber 多數都還是分享台北高雄為大多數。
所以讓我印象很深刻。
Allan 曾在東勢體驗過的生活也是我高中就讀的地區。
這些在地區體驗過的點滴，就這麼融入了身體裡面了。
台北生為首都，高雄做為觀光，而台中有著移居自由的空間。
我也是離開了台中就莫名有了焦慮的心情。
身為台中人，真的感謝您愛上台中，說不出來為什麼，但是就是愛台中😀
