Fun fact(s) for people that didn't know:
The Leopard 1A1 is just a normal Leopard 1 with a stabilizer.
The reason why there is an extra "A1" on the end of the name "Leopard 1A1A1", is that it stands for the modification for the extra turret armor. So that's why it's called the Leopard 1A1A1.
But it just says Leopard A1A1... ?

It also gets that extra armor and has access to DM23
@@jucaesar4961 It is technically accurate, because the original name for Leopard 1 is just "Leopard". It was only when the development of Leopard 2 did the tank was redesignated from "Leopard" to "Leopard 1"
the A1A1 predates before the Leopard 2 development, thus predates before the new name redesignation

You're the only War Thunder RUclipsr I watch that goes in depth at the start of the video, which I love to have honest opinions from someone who shares my similar play style. 7.7 to 8.7 is probably the least balanced br for ground RB in War Thunder.
I'd go down to 7.3, but yeah it's rough

i think 6.7 to 9.7 .....
I found the 8.3 br the best sweet spot, at least all sides can penetrate other tanks, no bs where people can't penetrate each other.

I'm here for every reason you listed. Your voice and attitude towards the game cheer me up always, and I also enjoy seeing how a vehicle truly performs in an expert's hands, not in mine lol. The fact that you actually listen to requests and cover tanks i'm interested in helps a lot staying till the end of every video too.
If you have this vehicle and you're ready to go do play it, I know it's survivability isn't great but some of the best games I've had were with it alongside the TAM 2IP and hell, although it's survivability for the most part is meh sometimes you'll survive the most bs shots imaginable.
Regarding your question to what draws me into your videos is you have the whole package, first and foremost you're an amazing individual who has shown an incredible amount of gratitude to your fans/supporters, 2. great gameplay, amazing editing, you could easily narrate a lot of stuff with your voice and overall when I watch your videos it's as if it was produced by someone who has 20 times the amount of subs, I have watched all your videos (I think) and they have improved so much over time, you put a lot of love into them and I'm extremely satisfied this trend continues.
I watch because your content is light hearted, fun to watch, not too "I'm such a great WT player", and it never gets stale.
I don't see any reason why 1A1 is 8.7 tbh. TAM is just superior at the same br.
To add this:
If you plan to use 1a1 as a sniper, JaPz.K A2 has gen 2 thermals, smaller profile, better apfsds, Laser range finder and 4 seconds reload at 8.3, but you sacrifice stabilizer.

You're an exceptionally skilled top tier player, with fantastic map knowledge, situational awareness, and vehicle knowledge. I watch your videos to learn tactics and become a better top tier player, and really enjoy how your commentary usually explains why you are using or combating a specific vehicle in a specific way, it's very informative. I also like your positive attitude, you're not very sweaty or ragey like some other top tier mains can be.
Interesting to note, I originally found your channel because I was struggling to figure out how to play the A1A1 (my first true high tier tank) and I saw your vid on the 1A5 and tried to replicate the tactics I saw. Shooting and scooting an sniping had never occurred to me, but nowadays Germany 8.7 is one of my favorite lineups, with the TAM and A1A1 being two of my favorite vehicles for their BR.
If I had to say it’s probably the gameplay, and diversity of vehicles that keep drawing me in to watch.
That and the laidback vibe of your videos “I’ve done my best and that’s all that matters” while having a fun time (for the most part, some vehicles you just can’t help *cough* type 60 atm *cough*) and enjoying what you do.
Most other content creators are way too serious and try too hard for content. It’s honestly refreshing to watch one of your videos where you just play normally and things happen naturally in a match that are awesome, heartbreaking, frustrating, or downright hilarious and it’s not forced.
So yea that’s my two cents on the matter, keep up the good work, stay safe and hopefully I’ll see ya out there whenever my computer is back from the shop. o7
I discovered this amazing channel last month and I’ve pretty much watched all your videos. In high school I played WT religiously but life hit and I took 3 yrs off. Now I’m trying to get caught up and your advice and play style has helped me lots! Keep producing content you’re doing great!
I watch your videos because you focus mostly on high tier vehicles, which I don't do well with, generally. I don't play high tier vehicles often, but watching these videos gives me ideas on map placement and vehicle usage. Truthfully, I sorta respect anyone that can play above 9.7, cause the grind on vehicles gets really long and the players you are up against are pretty decent, combined with all the high tech ways for you to die without being able to do anything about it.
Come here to see you play tanks that I’ll research in the future to see how they are. Also to see your tactics. I also love how you commentate over your gameplays. Love the vids keep it up
I know it’s an older video but to answer your question. It’s the amount of energy you put into your videos and when you can just talk about the gameplay so easily it’s calming for the most part. Not to sound cheesy but hearing your excitement and voice eases anxiety that I go through. I know I can turn on a video from you and forget whatever I was stressing about. I have actually found quite a bit of success playing this tank as a brawler in urban maps. I've found it's quite handy in tight spaces, pulling forward, shooting, and quickly backing away, with the caveate that you really do need a team mate or two. I usually don't communicate with them but just having someone nearby to watch your back is crucial in an urban fight with this tank
The thing I like about your channel is the professionalism and the goofyness you bring together man.
You are not super sweaty, you value fun, you give out tips and try to help people, you are friendly and so on.
Shouldn't be hard to see why people choose to watch your videos Justin.

Back in early 2017 when I first got this and bought it, this tank wasn't equipped with APFSDS, smoke grenades, stabilizer and adequate rangefinder/fire control. In early grind for parts is a struggle, especially versing the cancer ZSU 57 where they could just fire 2 shots from the front and you're dead.
Come here just for watching tanks fighting at the beginning, but now is for your personality and your editing style (and still like watching tanks fighting)
I'm here for the overall nice gameplay, good tactics, and in depth knowledge of a vehicle. Like, before I start watching you, I've never really look at something like gun elevation speed, the zoom on optics, utilizing laser rangefinder or just any sort of rangefinder before they added the automatic rangefinding thing and so many more! like Justin, you have taught me many things and even now I still keep finding new stuff from your awesome videos. Plus point on having a great personality too. You are a funny guy and very sincere while also not being overly negative about everything in the game (or at least on the RUclips side XD I'm kidding don't smack me with a Russian HE round) and I love that a lot. Good sense of humour too despite some dead memes you kinda throw here and there hahah!(I don't mind it! keep it that way!). I don't know man. Since the first video I watch on your channel, which I think was the KPZ-70 video from like 2020 or something I haven't check lol, I was like "yeah this guy is great. I'm going to stick to him" and I still am until today and I'm still looking forward for more great videos in your awesome channel! keep up the great work Justin. You are The Man!

I have 2,500 hours on this game. I hate playing it but love watching people play it, especially when they’re better than me. Then when I watch enough I have an crazy appetite to play this game until I want to put my head through a wall. Watching you is a calming way to watch a better person play a game that I love but can’t stand
Your gameplay. You stick to the vehicle at use and it helps me get better at certain tanks. I used to be good with the leopard but after watching you I’ve become so much better with the leopards and I thank you

I watch your videos for all of the reasons you said. However I think your upbeat personality and attitude is what really sells it, Good gameplay is very entertaining on its own. I also like your impartial approach to certain subjects

I guess it's a mix of things that is brinning me here. For some vehicles i struggle with, i check if i can learn something from you. But most of the part it is just the enjoyment of hearing u talk, most of the humor, the montage and editing and the satisfying feeling when that shell hits the enemy :P
Justin ive been watchin ur vids for a good while now. Whenever im down bad which is alot these days i just search ur vids up just to get my mind off stuff. Just wanted to put this out here and thank u in the process.
First tank i have used and with great results in RB, over the average level.
The stock grind even at 8.3 (old BR) was a pain against XM1 with just APDS, where those just doesn't spall in any way on their UFP.
Then it was moved up, and falled by interest when the A5 arrive (DM33 and thermal at 9.0 are just so nice) but i prefer more the Italian one thanks to the laser warning system (saved my butt more than once).
For the video part: watching to improve my knowledge about specific vehicles or learn how you/who i watch play the game; thanks to your videos i learn how to play better on some maps, like Kuban, or to keep listening my surrounding for possible engine noise (and killing mine in the process).
Probably it's stupid to think to watch someone play a game can improve your own ability, but tips always help...both direct and indirect suggested💁🏻♂️

I come here to see how people play some certain vehicle, and how players grade the vehicle is it good or bad. But i really like how justin showcase everything in one video about the vehicle long range, close range, durability and gun power. All those things. Thank you Justin 💕☺️

I started watching this channel because I saw a video on a tank I wanted, and then realized I liked watching your videos because you show good tactics and gameplay, and I like your personality, it's pretty bright even when your suffering. I also enjoy the reviews of the tank at the end, it's good to know the pros and cons when playing a specific vehicle.
I also never noticed the things you point out at the beginning, like the scope zoom, the necessity of using thermals and a LR, and gun elevation speed, it's helped with my gameplay as well
I played warthunder since it came out and stopped played 5 years ago cause I joined the service and just couldn't have time to play anymore. So seeing tanks and how the game as updated since I last joined really makes me happy and wish I can go back. And the leopards when they came out were my favorite remembered when it only had apds hesh and HEATFS.
I watch your videos cause you have a nice personality+commentary and a lot of the vehicles you play, I'm interested in playing at some point or I have them and I want to see how a pro like you plays in them (definitely not to steal your play style of course)
There's various reasons for me to come here:
1) videos are of good quality, they're worth spending my time
2) I don't anger myself :D (gotta say I'm playing mostly with speakers + music, sooo...)
3) your voice is absolutely fine to listen to
4) I'm simply used to watch your videos in the morning :D (even though this video is released in the evening; for me)
why play this instead of the A5? the A5 is at 9.0 and has thermals and a laser rangefinder for only a 0.3 BR increase

You forget that when it first was introduced in the real would it was just the leopard with A1A1 at the end but thanks to the production of the leopard 2 it has become the leopard 1 A1A1

I come because you are one of the few truly good Warthunder youtubers. While someone like Phly may be more entertaining, you are a good player. Being a good player myself I cannot watch some Warthunder youtubers because their entertainment value does not overcome the annoyance of watching bad play. While I do disagree with you opinions on some vehicles (mostly non-conventional ones like the Khrizantema, Mars, or AMX-13 HOT), you give good review and gameplay of most of the vehicles you play.
You both have a really fun voice and personality, and happen to be really good at the game lol. It keeps me coming back

I love my A1A1....it was my most played combo with G91, but after NORDS got nerfed im not playing GER 8.7 anymore.....

dont forget how its repair cost is sometimes less than half of other vehicles at its BR. its only 4k sl spaded.

I play the a1a1 because irs my only stabilized tank i have. It was better when i got it and i still didnt get thourgh it. Im reshearching the new 7.7 tanks rn.

This is my most played German vehicle (I think) and I love it! Very mobile, great optics, decent fire power, no armor. A very tank to me, and the br never annoyed me (except in full uptier against Turms of course). Never been disappointed, almost always did good in it

Still an awesome tank, I don't really want to see it get undertiered like the original leopard 1. Out of all of the OG top tier tanks it's doing just fine, I can't say the same for the T10m, chieftain, T62, m60's etc. They all are massively outclassed in various ways. Such as reload, speed, turret reaction time, lack apfsds, no thermals, the leopard has had just enough to remain competitive anyway
At least it looks like it doesn't look straight to the ground when you go into sniper mode like the Leopard 1 does.

I'm an average player, and this is my highest tier tank rn. I am performing well in it, I had no idea it wasn't a very good tank lol.
I come here first because I like your positivity, and if in the meantime I learn a tad more on map knowledge and how to approach situations then its an extra. I also like how relatable you are, you get salty and are kind of brutal towards people that let themselves be pushed into the spawn, you also kill low tier jokes I like that, I have no sympathy for them. I also came here because once my friend and I faced off against you in a game, we were both relentless on keeping that point and we kind of traded some insults because we where all salty. After that my friend let me know you where a content creator and I have been checking you out ever since. I guess I respected you as a player first
