Is it possible to enter precise dimensions while create polygon shapes.
I installed Fluent Powertrip a little while ago, but haven't used it yet. This video is a HUGE help. Thank you. I'm also using Mesh Machine and Hopscutter, though. Does Fluent play nice with them?
Thanks! If you are experienced with modifiers you might be able to get hopscutter work with Fluent, but I would not recommend it as you can do the exact same things with Fluent without the hussle. As for Mesh Machine, you will need to apply the modifiers by using the auto complete button in the Fluent menu

I'm running into a problem when I try to mirror (5:15).
I hit "M" or select Mirror from the pie menu, but no transparent instance appears. Afterwards, I could see that the mirror modifier did create, but only the "Bisect" modes (all X,Y and Z) were selected, but not the "Axis". After I clicked it, I could see the effect of Mirror.
Just "Thought" I should mention it.

Is version 2.0.0 compatible with Blender 2.93 LTS? I see on Blender Market, it states 2.93 and 3.0
Is it only 1.6.2 which is compatible with 2.93 LTS?
Thanks! For Fluent 2.0 you need blender 3.0 at least, it uses geometry nodes that are only in this version and not 2.9x. But now 3.0 is stable so why not updating? ;)

Stuck in Select Vertex (X) when doing bevel . It seem hit and miss to select which one should and shouldnt getting bevel

A big "Thank you" for that detailed tutorial. Until now, I love the addon. Still, I have a question. My grid (after right click) never fits to my object. It is always way bigger. In your case, it fits perfect. Any advice what I do wrong? I am on 3.01 in blender.
Thanks! You need sometimes to right click, press X and right click again so it is only on the face you are working on ;)

great tutorial ! however, i can't snap into any dot... even when i try Hold Press CTRL.... but i can snap angle when I try create shape without dot grid...
Thanks :) You can't snap into dots, you need to click on them on the grid
@@CGSeb-scifi @CG Seb that's what I mean... But I still can't snap or create perfect line until I try factory reset my blender settings... I think there is some bug when I create new window of blender for quad view and I place on second monitor...
So I tried to make a basic box following the tutorial from the addon developer and almost gave up in frustration...constant crashes and freezes while performing basic boolean operations made it almost impossible to work on the model. I´m using an Intel 2018 MacMini, 64 GB of RAM and an external AMD Pro GPU with 16 GB of VRAM . Perhaps the problem is the not-so-stellar processor? (3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5) or the OS (Ventura 13.4) Any ideas? this looks like a fantastic tool but I have the impression that it´s only for newer, high-end workstations. Or hopefully there´s some hidden preference or setting that I can tweak to make it more stable on my machine? I tried using it on different versions of Blender up to 3.6, all of them presented the same problem.
I'm sorry but when I try to do the part in 3:38 I only see a line in the middle... I can't seem to edit the face in the Y access...
Edit 1: Ijay, so it seems that I was able to select it and do the shrinking, But it does both instead of just the one selected (Bottom one)

Hi Sebastian, thank you for your video but as I just bought newst version of Fluent(4 days ago) I have different interface command and as I seen "offset command" in your tutorial I realized I don't find the same command in my version of Fluent. Any advises?Thank you for your attention🙂

How to i select Y or Z to make the bevole?
You mean select a specific corner ? you need to deselect everything by going on the left with your mouse and press X, the nyou move your mouse on the corner you want to select and press X again.
how can make it real geometry to sculpt after?
You select all the parts, press F, and then the white flag

@@oslavq Yeah it can be hectic. I'm in South Africa. R17.70 to 1$. But I usually buy like 2-3 items every two months or so. It works out fine.

btw, how to duplicate cut boolean? if i press Shift + D, they cant cut and boolean. pls help.
To duplicate a cut, you need to select the boolean object, press F and click on the white icon at the bottom of the left menu (Boolean instance). Then you will be able to apply this cut everywhere you want by clicking where you want to place it. Once you are done, right-click to validate the cuts 😃 I will make a tutorial soon on this

How is this different from speedflow
Hi! Speedflow is an addon to help you use the basic Blender modifiers more easily. Fluent is and addon to provide cutting tools and work 100% non-destructive. It also has wire, pipe and grid tools.

One of the best UI tools out there. But Still mad at CGT for FORKING fluent into basic and pro. So I bought Fluent years ago, but if I want the pro tool I have to spend $30 more. Add this to the original $20 for CGT first customers, we get to pay $50 for late comers, $30. This is why I will not buy any more CGT products. CGT thinks they're Adobe.
