Funny thing is that in AC5 at least, the sun actually moves, in mission 4 the sun disappears towards the end while the sun shows up right when the SOLG appears in the final mission.
F in the Chat for the Lone Oil Tanker at mission Start. I actually never killed it, I would Target it and use it to watch the 2 mirages while I dipped out to the West and hunted down Mako in the Red Mig-29. Hahaha.
Turns out that the Yellow Squadron planes in this mission have top tier AI and it takes 999 missiles for each one of them to shoot down everybody. Purposely being so, obviously, you’re supposed to retreat and not fight back.

I love the viper too. I just wish Namco would make it as good as it made the MIG21 in Ace combat 7. Imagine if the F16 had that flight model in Ace combat 7 it would be the king of the skies.
Excellent -- how did you find this extended version? This sounds like the actual sound file that plays in the game -- I noticed "Deep Strike" track is also different in the game vs. what was available for download online (back in like 2005-2006). Any info on this?

This is gonna sound crazy when I first played this using the F-4 I managed to hit a Yellow but had to retreat afterwards

I loved flying the F16 on all of the missions on this game.
